Dental Perfection Coventry

I was loosing hope! I had been in pain for months, not being able to sleep, eat or drink properly and felt really let down by dentists, then I came here! I’ve had 3 failed root canals at different places before, in and out within 90min tops and the pain was worse to the point I’d ended up having the teeth out. What a different process with Dental Perfection. From the first phone call to now I’ve been well and truly looked after and made to feel safe and supported. First of all my initial appointment wasn’t rushed, I was listened to, had x-rays and had to have treatment for an infection. Second again was a long appointment to actually do the root canal, I could not tell you how many x-rays and checks were done throughout to ensure that is was done properly. The whole process felt thorough, I felt at ease and cared for. My view of dentists has completely changed and I feel my awful anxiety and fear starting to lift! As a family we have joined their membership and I know we will all be looked after, please don’t hesitate to contact them. Before coming here I’d really struggle to walk through the door if a dentist as the fear of further pain, not now! Thanks everyone!

I was beginning to lose hope of anyone being able to offer help after dozens of calls and being blown off. I rang and spoke to Courtney W, she was immediately amazing, even with it being the end of the work day she was present and bubbly and friendly, she went above and beyond. Instantly helping me and looking up ideas to help with my problem, messaged their dentist and while waiting for a response she gathered as much information so that even if they couldn’t help she would find who could by contacting others in the field and suppliers to find me someone that could help. I never leave reviews but as sad as it sounds Courtney made my week. She was caring, enthusiastic, and for the first time I feel positive I may get closer to a solution. I have never used this dentist and I’ve never spoken to them before but based purely on how amazing Courtney W it’s a complete 5 star for fantastic customer service and that woman is an absolute credit to your business. I spoke to a lot of fed up, bored monotone reception and admin staff at dentists today and Courtney W was instantly bright, bubbly, friendly and in control and it was such a big difference. Could not praise her enough. Johnny give her a raise, or at least a decent giftcard haha! - She is beyond amazing, never let her go!

I approached dental perfection 3 years ago regarding braces, and from the consultation to the treatment these guys have been amazing. They explained everything step by step, in between their were appointments I couldn’t attend and it was never too much for them to re arrange (Courtney). I would highly recommend dental perfection. Thankyou so much!! 😊

This dentist is amazing the staff super friendly. Jonny the dentist is friendly and super cool. I’m genuinely happy me and my family travelling a little further to see him.

I had Dental implants . I am so happy with the results . I would definitely recommend this dentist . They were all amazing from the beginning of my treatment right through to the end .

Just finished my treatment at ‘Dental Perfection’ and would recommend it highly. After initially being treated a specialist who left the practice, my case was taken over by Dr Sabharwal who was very competent and filled me with confidence. After having braces put on here, my teeth are now straight and I now have the smile that I have longed for. The dental nurses Lisa and Donna are also extremely friendly and my whole experience at ‘Dental Perfection’ has been a positive one.

Complete Nonsense they’re a RIP-OFF £190 for a splint it lasted less than 5 minutes, it wasn’t sn emergency as it was claimed and charged, because I booked the appointment to seek advice for 1 tooth implant I requested the gave a splint to steady the loose temporary bridge. When I asked for an alternative option treatment such as a bridge the dentist kept saying the implant is better for a 71 years old man. REALLY?? Bad service and attitude They tell you one thing and come up with something else. Thank Goodness I did not go ahead with the implant, they make it sound so great over tgee ed phone until you’re on the chair. I shall NOT recommend Dental perfection to anyone, My advice is look elsewhere and steer well clear SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!
