The staff from reception to the dental practitioners are wonderful, very professional, polite and they make my children who have had braces sorted here feel very comfortable. Appointments unlike most services are on time and sometimes even early! And the level of treatment is also top quality. A very much recommended practice.

Colwyn Bay Orthodontics were absolutely fantastic with every single appointment, they were all super professional, caring and helpful throughout my braces treatment, i was also very pleased with how my teeth looked at the end of my treatment, if your thinking of getting braces for yourself or for your child, make sure to check this place out, i would totally recommend Colwyn Bay Orthodontics, they do not disappoint whatsoever 😁.

From start to finish the staff at The bay Orthodontics were friendly and helpful. I had metal braces fitted with Cassie just over 12 months ago and during that time with regular check ups and tightening of wires etc, my teeth quickly took on their new shape and form. I was amazed at how quickly the transformation had taken. The bay Orthodontics and in particular Cassie were on hand to ease any worries that I had. A huge thank you to all involved.

My sons been coming here for a while now Cassie, Chelsea and Lawrence have all been looking after Harry. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming really make the process stress / worry free. Absolutely amazing experience here. I honestly dreaded this appointment as I have had jaw and tooth pain with no help for years now and was told there’s not much to be done.
