West End Dental Colwyn Bay

I have had such a wonderful experience with this surgery. At my recent appointment, I had 3 extractions. Everything was calm and unhurried but I was still on my way home in less than 30 mins. Dr. Sam explained everything that was going to happen in his usual clear and concise manner. All staff that I encountered were friendly to everyone. Premises were clean and welcoming.

I help my mum attend her appointments at this practice. So far (stairs aside, which have been unavoidable) mum has been well supported and allowed the time she needs to arrive and settle in. Her questions have always been answered with attention to detail, and her comfort has been paramount. She has been surprised at the speed of treatment, and the lack of ill after effects. She's very pleased with the work, and the attention she has received.

I had to have 2 teeth extracted recently. I was attended by two beautiful ladies who made me feel relaxed. They went out of their way to keep me informed throughout the process which helped to alleviate any potential feelings of anxiety! The process was carried out with care and professionalism. After completion of the operation, they allowed me time to chat about my 87 year life thus far, which was a courtesy afforded, that is not universally given. I thank them both for making a scary operation, bearable......😀.❤️.

My dad who has dementia has been going to West End Dental since just before Christmas 25. I have to say that all the staff we have met have been absolutely wonderful with him. Sam the dentist is amazing. I highly recommend him and the whole practice. My dad had a lot of dental work done. Teeth out, fillings, new dentures. It took time and now thanks to Sam's efforts, my dad has his smile back. Thank you so much to everyone at West End Dental.

From first point of access everybody was extremely friendly and professional. I was particularly grateful that at the first point of access I went straight through to reception. The initial consultation is complimentary, also my particular circumstances were taken into consideration and options given for further treatment that I felt comfortable with.

I had my upper wisdom teeth extracted and the whole procedure took less than 15 minutes. I felt no pain at all — the dentist did it in such a gentle and professional way that I couldn’t feel anything. Before going in, I was very anxious and thought it would be long and difficult, but it was completely the opposite. The dentist and the entire team were kind, reassuring, and efficient, which made the experience so much easier than I expected. I’m really grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend them.

Such a good vibe in this surgery friendly attentive staff very professional too. The doctor I saw gave me some very valuable information and advice which really helped with my situation. The interior of this building is very nicely done it's a lovely relaxing place and quite comfortable. Every single person who dealt with me there were very professional and friendly.
