Colwyn Bay's Eirlys Dental Practice

I visited the practice this morning to have two fillings completed by Dr Stoyan, assisted by dental nurse Emma, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I sat in the chair, they both made me feel completely calm, comfortable and genuinely cared for. Dr Stoyan talked me through every step of the procedure, explaining exactly what he was doing and making sure I was happy throughout. His attention to detail and patient-centred approach were exceptional. Whenever I needed a moment to pause or take a breather, it was never a problem. Both Dr Stoyan and Emma were incredibly attentive, reassuring and supportive throughout the appointment. The level of care I received was truly gold standard. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful appointment such a positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Stoyan to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

I highly recommend this practice to everyone. The receptionists are incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly with my autistic child. The dentists truly go above and beyond. They have given my little one a positive experience that will provide a wonderful foundation for the rest of her life. Even made a balloon lady which she took to school proudly

Recently I had two appointments with a fabulous team of Smaranda and Emma, for my root canal. What a lovely experience. They both made sure I am well looked after. Both of appointments were very smooth and cannot thank them enough for saving my tooth. I was suffering for months,so it feels wonderful to finally feel pain free ,all thanks to you lovely ladies. I had a tooth extraction today performed by Dr Stoyan. I am a nervous dentistry patient at the best of times due to previous bad experiences. Dr Stoyan and his assistant (I cant remember her name) both made me feel very at ease throughout and undertook the surgery with the utmost professionalism, making sure to talk me through it and keep me calm and reassured throughout. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone. Thank you again for making an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible.

I recently joined this dental practice and have had such a positive experience. The registration process was made incredibly simple thanks to Sue Lloves, who took the time to clearly explain all of my options. She is always so welcoming and cheerful on reception, which really puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. My dentist and hygienist appointments were both excellent, and I felt well looked after throughout. Following this, I was referred to Dr Stoyan to discuss composite bonding. He was fantastic - he carefully talked me through all the available options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed before making any decisions. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The treatment was carried out with such care and I felt reassured every step of the way. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment. Addys is an incredible dentist, always so compassionate and attentive. She never fails to put me at my ease, always going the extra mile to ensure her work is carried out to an exemplary standard. Addys works well with each of the dental nurses she supports and works alongside. Wonderful teamwork is always displayed whenever I visit Addys. It’s clear to see how big-hearted Addys is and her passion for dentistry and helping others 💖 Both Collette and Sharon are an absolute credit to the team. They both easily put you at ease, taking great care of you from start to finish. They are both so kind and caring, allowing your worries to melt away. My appointment today felt ever so relaxing- thank you! Excellent teamwork and professionalism was demonstrated throughout the appointment, ensuring all went smoothly. I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. The professionalism and care from everyone, both at the front desk and behind the scenes, is outstanding. The reception team are always welcoming, friendly and helpful, making every visit stress-free from the moment you walk in. The dentists and clinical staff are highly skilled, reassuring and genuinely care about their patients. I am an extremely nervous patient and from the minute I arrive I am offered nothing but reassurance. Back again in 3 months.
