Together Dental Colchester (Queen Street)

My husband had a filling today done by Fauzia. He's very nervous of dentists and is also recovering from a stroke which has left him with some anxiety. Fauzia was really caring, gentle and explained step by step what she was doing and kept stopping to see if he was ok. That is definitely what you want from a dentist

Had an appointment today for two fillings ( thought it was only one but that was fine as I knew they needed doing). After my previous visits, I explained that I was quite a nervous patient for a reason. Today I had to be injected 4 times on one side of my mouth as it was quite sensitive (again fine) however after the third time, once drilling started I could feel that shooting pain as it hadn't numbed properly ( which is what has happened to me before and is why i'm quite nervous) and there didn't seem to be much of a caring side. She then gave me a "clean" but it was very painful and felt quite rough the way it was managed, again not much care seemed to be given. I also enquired about a chip on the front tooth to be sorted but this would be a private cost of £150. Previous dentists this is covered so will be looking aswell. Not happy with the visit and didn't leave in a very good way.

Arrived today after a emergency 111 referral. And these guys at the practice were so lovely and understanding. I suffer with autism and they explained everything they were doing so i knew what to expect. Nurses, reception and dentist were very polite and approachable which was refreshing after having multiple bad experiences at previous dentists. Thank you once again

Had a crown made at this clinic but it was not done properly. I was not happy with the dentist and level of service so I decided first and last time. Since then I have been told by 2 dentists that the crown needs to be replaced because there is a large gap between the crown and the gum. I regret choosing Together dental to save some money on a crown. And I was not impressed by the level of service. Everything seemed too rushed.

I have just had a tooth extracted that has been giving me problems for 3 years. I wish I’d done it a lot sooner. Jenni and the dental nurse that assisted her were amazing. They both did their utmost to ease my anxiety and I felt totally safe and confident in their ability to remove the tooth quickly and without pain. Thank you.

My dentist, Devina, was really great. She took the initiative and booked me in for the necessary service right after my checkup which was clearly needed. They constantly checked if I was comfortable and made the entire procedure flow.

Very pleasant new reception and waiting area, seen on time and was treated professionally with kindness and a smile
