I was able to get a private next-day emergency appointment and, whilst being in a lot of pain, I felt listened to from the moment I arrived. Everything was explained clearly, and they even managed to fit in an extraction on the same day. I’m so grateful, as I hadn’t been able to eat, sleep or do much of anything because of the pain. The whole team were kind, caring and considerate throughout, and the treatment and service were excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely return.

I have been a patient at the practice for many years, even prior to Dr Prasher taking over the practice some 35 years ago. Dr Prasher has worked extensively on my teeth originally within the NHS. When it became necessary for me to have private treatment I chose to remain with Dr Prasher. The reasons for this are that I always feel like I get good advice and top class, progressive treatment. I always feel comfortable with Dr Prasher and his nurse & now practice manager Lauren. They are kind and empathetic. The added bonus is I get to discuss Arsenal as a fellow season ticket holder’ My latest treatment has been with Dr Mafi and Jodie who both provide excellent care in a calm and thoughtful manner.

I am so happy to have signed up with this practice a few years ago. Dr Diabi is so kind and always takes the time to listen to any issues I’m having and to investigate, no matter how small. He offers practical solutions and I no longer feel apprehensive about visiting a dentist. This has reflected on my young son, who has his appointments scheduled with mine. He loves to visit, sit in the chair and get his sticker. I had previously been with a practice in Tollgate, who were generally unfriendly and their work had started to deteriorate. This made me want to avoid making appointments unless absolutely necessary. Dr Diabi, and the practice, have restored my faith. Thank you so much.

Dr N Diabi is by far the best dentist I have ever had in my life. He is very knowledgeable and understanding of a patient like myself who still gets nervous when visiting a dentist, even though being retired I should have grown accustomed to it. The receptionists are always very pleasant and professional. The only sad thing is that like the majority of dentist practices in the area they are doing far more private work which is just not affordable to the majority. During my working life I paid my National Insurance Contributions for 50 years and do feel I should be entitled to NHS dental treatment. So while this practice is still working with the NHS I am more than happy to stay with them. Should this ever change I will have to look at the affordability of any treatment I may need. Totally recommended by myself.

Amazing Dentist, dental and reception staff. I feel so lucky to have managed to get in with Dr Nour Diabi. He is very thorough and professional. Recently they fit me in at the last minute, for a check up and some work I needed before having a bone protection injection as part of my cancer treatment. I very my appreciated his time and attention. If you can get in with this practice then definitely do!!!

I visited the clinic for a repair to a chipped front tooth and I was so pleased with the results. It was quick and painless and the repair matched my tooth colour exactly, you would never know it wasn't my original tooth. I have also used this clinic for invisalign treatment and would definitely recommend.

I've have been using Smile for dental check ups since moving into the area in 2021 and have encountered nothing but the utmost level of professionalism. Recently I have had some dental work carried out over the past 6 months with Dr Nour Diabi and his assistant Madison. They have been very positive and receptive on each occasion, regularly checking that I've been ok throughout procedures and just generally lovely on each visit. I'm very happy with the work carried out and it has certainly improved my smile in many ways! Highly recommended practice.
