After being seen and let down by the dentist in Swindon, the dentist I seen today, Melanie and her dental nurse I believe was Nikki, were absolute superstars. Made me feel so at ease, did their best to sort out the issue and gave me antibiotics that I should have had previously. Did the NHS proud!
Got referred to Chippenham for urgent appointment as Swindon was not available and really glad I did, from check-in to leaving the experience was excellent. Great thanks to Georgina and her nurse for amazing work to resolve my toothache and swollen face
Great service after phoning 111 for a last minute emergency appointment, I didn’t have to pay parking unlike most places. Staff were all friendly and had no issues, I think the guy who sorted out my tooth was called David? Friendly man and done the job in a timely manner. Thank you!
Had a tooth removed such super service and friendly staff all singing along to 80s hits on the radio. And Olivia is the best dentist ever so reassuring and professional and funny.
They don't deserve a star. I am a foreigner to the Uk and feel they let me down and did not support me. Don't go there.
