Really happy with my tooth implant experience. George and team were friendly and professional, and the whole procedure went much smoother than I expected. The communication throughout was good, although there’s probably a bit of room for improvement with updates and explanations during the process. Overall, I’m very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend the practice.

17-02-25 == I attended my 6-monthly hygienist appointment today. I don't look forward to the time in the chair but I know its good for the health of my teeth & gums. I must say today I was very pleasantly surprised. The lady doing the cleaning was called Shewani & she has been at the practice for 3 months. She made me feel very welcome, explained everything clearly & asked questions with regards to how I clean my teeth & if I had any sensitivity issues. During the actual session, she repeatably paused, giving me the chance to say if I had any pain etc. Shewani was very gentle in her handling of the water spray & gave precise details of what actions she was going to do. I've only been seeing a hygienist for the last 3 years & I can honestly say, Shewani is the best one yet. Perio World (Chippenham) you need to keep hold of her.

I’m currently undergoing treatment with George and Manos and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, the level of skill, care, and experience shown by the whole team has been outstanding. I’ve never been someone who feels comfortable at the dentist, but they’ve completely changed that for me. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I feel at ease, and most importantly I truly feel that I’m in safe hands — they focus on preserving and restoring my teeth wherever possible rather than jumping straight to extractions, which means a lot to me. Everyone here genuinely cares about their patients and it shows in everything they do. Trish at reception is always so welcoming and professional, and she makes every visit feel friendly from the moment I walk in. I’m so grateful to have found a practice that combines real expertise with such genuine warmth and compassion. Highly recommended.

Great service from the entire team at the PerioWorld Dental Suites, all very caring practitionairs. I definitely felt well looked after. The clinic is spotlessly clean and has beautiful decor throuogout. Definitely can reccomend and will use them again.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Did have to wait 30 mins for my scheduled appointment this time, but the dentist was very apologetic about the delay. Would love extended opening hours to enable those who work full time to attend appointments after work (or - even better - on a weekend!)

One of the best dental sessions I’ve ever taken part in. The reception staff were terrific, the dental nurses efficient and helpful. The dentist was outstanding, knowledgeable and thorough, I came away , feeling, I’d been listened to, and a plan to resolve my dental issues, had been initiated. Great experience. Willem
