The High Street Dental Practice - Chippenham (Not accepting new NHS patients)

My wife and I have been attending this dental practice for about 30 years and have been very happy with our level of care throughout this time. Since Bernadette arrived we have been seeing her as our dentist and I think she is excellent: caring, meticulous and her fillings stay in! My last visit was for a big filling in my top left tooth. Difficult to get at but, some anesthetic on the gum (no pain from the needle) and lots of drilling (again no pain) so a very happy customer. PS. Please dont leave any time soon!!

The best dental practice I’ve ever had -and I have had a lot of dental appointments from a very young age (I’m 50 years old now). The gentleman on the desk welcomed me and he was friendly and professional. Bernie is fabulous, so incredibly lovely and caring. She puts me at ease straight away, which I really appreciate. She listens and she is just so fantastic. Harriet was also really lovely during my latest appointment. Helpful, kind & professional also. Thank you all x

I had a great experience at High Street Dental Practice with my children. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the nurse and dentist. They were all helpful and made my children feel comfortable right away, which put me at ease as a parent. The staff really took the time to explain everything clearly, and I appreciated how caring they were. It’s obvious they truly care about their young patients. I would definitely recommend this place to other families looking for good dental care!

I can highly recommend this dental practice. There’s a very warm welcome from the lovely reception staff and a comfortable waiting room to sit in. There is also a stair lift for anyone who needs it. The appointments are usually on time or very close to it. The dentists are friendly, explain everything and are very reassuring. The hygienist is cheerful, kind and caring, giving advice on how to improve on cleaning and other issues. She explains everything she’s doing and is very thorough. I have used this practice for myself and my family for many years and am still more than happy to make the 35 minute trip to get there.

The staff are incredibly helpful, polite and caring. They have a fantastic understanding of their patients and I appreciate the little details, such as remembering personal details. Would (and have) recommend this practice.

Excellent from reception, through to Hygienist and Dentist - friendly staff who put you at ease with nice waiting area; modern and clean facilities throughout. The Dental Plan is competitively priced removing the six monthly financial shock and, whilst I’ve needed no work recently, it has always been done to a high standard - as proven by its longevity! Excellent!
