Clarence Road Dental Care

There are very mixed reviews but my visit 2 days ago was fine . I entered the original Reception which is a bit tatty , paid the pleasant staff and was directed around the corner, newly extended. Again the entrance poor . Waiting room average but the " new clinic" very smart and the 3 Staff very pleasant. My " check up" was done by " Hygienist Sreya , who was excellent , in her Professional manner . The included "clean and polish" was one of the best received. This Dentist practice just needs a tidy up.

Just registered here as an NHS patient as I wanted a town centre one I could walk to. Love it here! All the staff are so lovely, and the dentist is soooo much more gentle than my previous dentist! My teeth have never looked better!

This dentist was amazing, they got me in on a Saturday as I had been trying to get a dentist for weeks because of the pain I was inn and this was the only one that was just interested in my wellbeing. Receptionist was very nice and helpful and polite. Had a molar out no pain and had the best night's sleep in weeks. I would like to become a regular. Top quality service. Well done. Chris.

Good dentist with very odd layout of rooms. Some are up stairs which means you leave the building and walk round and up a steep stairs case. The surgeries are all housed in an old house. So rooms are often odd stapes or sizes. Clean and efficient. It seeing a dentist upstairs then it is a trip outside back to reception to book next appointment.

I attended this dental practice after 111 gave me an emergency appointment due to pain and swelling, I had X-rays and a check and it was my dying tooth needed a root canal. I was booked in and I was incredibly nervous, on the day of my root canal, I came in, informed the receptionist how nervous I was… she was lovely and very reassuring (I’m 37, I felt silly but had a bad experience 20 years prior) when I went in, I wasn’t even sure I could do it, the dentist Jeahun Lee was incredibly patient, reassuring and understanding. Once I was numbed I relaxed a little and xrays, teeth cleaning and root canal was over and done with in 45 minutes, and it was virtually painless! Suffice to say my fear of dentists has been resolved ☺️ Thank you so much to all.

Had my first visit today 20.02 - two really friendly receptionist (Divya - I think was her name).. then a slight deley in seeing me but they was really apologetic. Had a great experience with my dentist. Really helpful, polite and answered my million questions. The clean that she did was the least painful ones I’ve ever had. Clear next steps and clear plan for future meetings. Back to reception to book my future one. Happy to have found you. Thank you for a great first experience.

Recently had a clean, filling and tooth extraction. Both dentists that I saw were amazing. I was nervous at every appointment but they spoke in a calming manner. Gave me good advice and after care.
