I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the practice. The receptionists were lovely and welcoming. Dr Zaid was fantastic! He made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the appointment which makes a big difference. He made sure I understood everything and wasn't overwhelmed with information either. I'll be returning for all my future treatment with Dr Zaid.. 5 stars! 😊

Just been for my first appointment in over 10yrs. I found Donna to be exceptional. Very nice, gentle, explanations before doing something and after. Advice was given and was told what she would recommend. Good experience, easy to recommend. Just gone back a week later to adjust high bite, she wanted to do it right and insisted it was before I left again.

My first appointment at Cavendish today with the hygienist, I found it a thoroughly positive experience. All the staff from the moment i walked in were friendly, approachable and helpful. My teeth are looking so nice and clean, i can’t stop smiling

My dentist is very professional. She explains things clearly and gives options for treatment together with her assessment and recommendations. I find her very pleasant and am more than happy to be her patient.

This is the best dentist I have ever used, from reception to the treatment chair, my dentist is a lovely lady called Hannah, i suffer with gum disease and whilst on the treatment chair she explained what I had and how she was going to treat it, she also gave me lots of information on how I can care better for my own teeth at home, yesterday I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist named Umara, again explained everything she was doing and gave me very good advice about oral hygiene. The staff that work here do genuinely care and make you feel really comfortable and I feel that they enjoy what they do, so do a very good job, it's 5⭐️ from me, kerp up the good work and i will see you again in May, As weird as it soundd I'm actually looking forward to it

My mum, June, visited Cavendish Dental Care for several appointments she found the staff very friendly, put her at ease, explained the procedure at length so she understood. They were very caring, patient and considerate. Overall the services she has experienced were excellent.
