Springmount Dental & Implants - Chesterfield

Springmount Dental is an amazing practice. I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff are kind and caring always have a smile on there face. Dr Malcom Campbell who did my implants did a wonderful job.I couldn't be happier. From my first visit he made me feel at ease. He really cares about his patients and that is so important.

I can highly recommend Springmount Dental. You will be well looked after as nothing is too much trouble. They are so friendly and positive. My experience is that you are informed what's happening during your treatment and put at ease, which, as a nervous patient is very important to me.

Springmount overall is a very competent and professional dentist. However their customer care and policy is very cold and uncaring. I have been a customer for a few years now and was told my teeth are healthy and clean, minus some tea stains. So I was placed on the silver membership, but told I could go to bronze after a while because my teeth are fine. I never chased this because I didn't need to. However, our family circumstances have changed and financially I needed to go down to bronze membership, otherwise I couldn't be a member. Despite telling them this I was met with no cooperation and even told that they wanted me to pay extra to come in for another appointment. I reluctantly cancelled my membership, and when I asked if I could keep my 1 hygenist appointment, as it was already paid for, they told me no; I also couldn't get any refund despite not having an appointment this year and still paying. Overall Springmount are very good at dentistry, but poor at their customer care; and their policy borders on illogical.

I had a filling today with Dr Sam Atkinson and his nurse Amira. It was such a positive experience. I was treated with great care and kindness and the filling was completely painless. I was a little anxious beforehand but they both made me feel very at ease. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the excellent care I received!

Just came from my hygienist appointment with Ms Rhodes and I’m so impressed with the professional level of service! She remembered everything from my first appointment and has completely transformed my oral hygiene! Totally recommend Springmount

I have recently started treatment for implants. From the 1st appointment I felt at ease and completely confident that my treatment would be first class, so far I have not been disappointed..Malcolm and his team have been excellent..I would fully recommend Springmount Dentistry

The Hygienist, Francesca is fantastic. I normally find the hygienist visits more traumatic than seeing the dentist but thanks to Francesca my visit today was a pleasure. She explained everything thoroughly, was very kind and approachable and most importantly didn’t hurt me in any way. I have requested her for all my future visits and feel happy that they will not be marred by apprehension. Thank you so much Francesca for making me feel so relaxed
