Alpha Dental Care Ashgate

Brilliant dental practice. Amazing dentists and hygienists. All very friendly and great at what they do. Receptionist are great. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

We children saw Jack today and he was lovely! A genuine, kind man who spoke to my children and asked them questions about their teeth which was great! He was confident, kind and caring. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Jack

Very good dentists and very professional. My only negative experience is that you are suddenly changed from seeing one dentist and just get to know them and feel confident with them and then changed to another as though you’ve just been dropped . Apparently this happens when you have had to cancel appointments but it’s such a shame really and one can easily take this personally especially as you are not made aware of this unless you question it at the time as to why you no longer under the same dentist ???

I had a filling fall out so had an emergency appointment. Reception was friendly and helpful. Maegan and her assistant replaced my filling very efficiently and kept me at ease during the process. Don’t like going to the dentist at best of times but this was a pleasurable experience. Nice one

As a long standing NHS patient of Ashgate Dental care , originally at the Ridgeway practice in Sheffield, and now, having retired , at Ashgate I have no hesitation in commending the doctors, and staff for the excellent, professional and friendly treatment I have received over the years. Thank you for taking care of my 92 year old teeth. I may be a little early in but would like to extend the forthcoming Christmas seasons greeting to everyone .

I had my first appointment today with alpha dental care. I’m a nervous person around dentists. But I had no worries from the get go - I could hear the practitioners behind the desk laughing and it set the environment, when I went in to the appointment I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming "how are you?". Through the appointment the dentist got to know my history and asked about everything, she even asked about how to reassure me and made me feel seen and heard when it came to silly little questions about my health as well as how to support me through the appointment. Thankyou to the team and especially Thankyou to the hygienist that held my appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever know a better practice or hygienist. Your team should be recognised for their warm welcomes, their friendly atmosphere and overall patient satisfaction.

As always I found all the staff to be polite and suitably attired. The premises are clean and bright throughout, even though some building / remodelling was taking place. Waiting times were only a few minutes. Overall, very happy for this to be my chosen Dental Practice.
