Has to be the best dentist in Chester…..I went in with an emergency….EVERYBODY was amazing with how they dealt with me…..I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. Ray……you are a magician for what you achieved for me considering it was touch and go that I may have to go to hospital and can’t thank you enough for your treatment and total professionalism of yourself and your team…..I was incredibly impressed. You have a great team at your practice and should be proud of yourself and your whole team…..and then to have followed it up with a phone call the next day to check on me just said it all about how you all care about people. None of us look forward to going to the dentist and my early years of treatment certainly resulted in me becoming a nervous, anxious patient. I and my family have been with Ray now for forty years and would never go anywhere else, I trust him completely. His easy professional manner, has eradicated my fears. The team are second to none, appointments are never an issue and the results are always first class. I have already recommended his practice to close friends and have no hesitation in continuing to do so.

I’ve recently seen Dr Collins and she’s incredibly kind, caring, gentle, and reassuring. I used to be scared of dentists and always felt very uncomfortable with the whole setting, but that has completely changed now. For the first time I really trust my dentist and feel comfortable during appointments. Dr Collins goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable, she notices little things and makes adjustments, which makes you feel seen, and heard. She genuinely cares, not just because it’s her job. I hope she knows how much her patients appreciate everything she does. Dr Collins is not only an excellent dentist, but also an incredible person. The whole team is also fantastic -kind, welcoming, and professional. I feel very lucky to have found this practice and Dr Collins, and I’m truly grateful for everything you do!

Ray was recommended to me by my own dentist when I needed a more complicated extraction. I have returned now on several occasions and recommended the Practice to several people including my own daughter and son in law, who are now both having treatment. The service and treatment received is second to none. Ray is extremely knowledgeable, gives you sound advice, and puts your mind at ease. Can't recommend highly enough. Ray saw me in an emergency situation and assessed and provided treatment quickly and effectively. Fees charged were also very transparent and reasonable. Everything about the experience was professional with a personable touch. I feel lucky to have opted for treatment with this practice.
