Perfect Smile Dental - Chester

I have nothing but praise for this dental practice. The staff are wonderful, all very helpful and so friendly. I had full upper jaw arch implants. I've been so scared of any dental treatment I've received since being a child, but having been referred here by my own dentist for dental implants in February 2026 I been treated with kindness and top of the range care. In particular Shahrzad Jeffrey, herself and her team put me at my ease almost immediately. The practice is clean and welcoming . I highly recommend anyone for dental implants here at vicars cross dental, Chester. Shahrzad talked to me in such a friendly professional way and explained every step of the procedures I would have. Thanks to her and the team I no longer have any anxiety for dental treatment. Thank you Shahrzad for changing my life for the better. Ian.

I always feel well looked after at this practice. Dentists, hygienists and dental nurses really well qualified, knowledgeable and excellent at patient care. Receptionists and booking system make the process so easy and pleasant. Good communication with telephone and email reminders so you never forget an appointment.

From the first time I walked into the Vicars Cross practice, I knew this was the place for me ! All the Reception/Admin staff (especially Alex) were very welcoming and professional...nothing was too much trouble. My dentist (Anne Hadfield) is an excellent medic with a wonderful way with her patients. The whole surgery appears to be very well organised and competently managed. Obove all, this Dental Practice is staffed by people who appear to enjoy their work (with a smile on their faces), and put patients at their ease (during what some may find a stressful visit). I cannot recommend Vicars Cross Dental Practice highly enough.
