I can’t recommend Kingsway Dental Practice enough. I’m a very nervous patient and went through an implant procedure, which is no small thing, especially when it’s a front tooth! The whole team were incredible from start to finish. Jo is absolutely amazing: always calm, friendly, and knowledgeable, with the added bonus of being a highly skilled dental nurse herself. She instantly puts you at ease. Leah, the dental nurse, supports you through every stage of the process, literally a calming hand and constant reassurance whenever you need it. And finally, Gavin the dentist. He’s professional, gives clear explanations, and involves you at every point. He’s a true perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when it comes to something as important as your smile. It’s a lengthy process, but it’s completely worth the journey. Staff are so friendly and welcoming starting from the reception to the examination rooms.My children feel very comfortable with every visit.Staff are well experienced in handling children which made the examination easier.Not forgetting the complementary stickers, my son likes them.

I was surprised and grateful for being treated less than 24 hours after phoning to request an emergency appointment. The treatment was carried out quickly and efficiently. All staff at this practice - on reception and in the treatment room - are clear, informative, effective and pleasant.
