What a pleasant experience I have had today by the whole Team at Premier Dental, Chatham. My tooth broke about a month ago & my Dentist, Dr Ali, has today fitted a permanent Crown. He is, quite simply, the best Dentist I have ever seen! His professionalism, expertise & kindness is exceptional. He puts you at ease the moment you walk into his surgery. His Dental Nurse is very attentive, caring & very professional too. Even the ambiance in his Surgery is relaxing. The calming music that was especially selected was perfect for what could have been a very stressful situation. I can't praise Dr Ali & the Team enough. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this Dental Practice & the services they provide. Well Done Premier Dental & " Thank You" Dr Ali for fitting my Crown today & saving my broken tooth.

From the moment I walked in, the reception team were warm and welcoming, which immediately helped calm my nerves. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable before starting any treatment. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered properly. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and has a really reassuring atmosphere. What stood out most was how gentle and professional the team were. I usually feel anxious about dental appointments, but they made the whole visit feel straightforward and stress-free. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Premier Dental & Implant Centre to anyone looking for high-quality, friendly dental care.

I joined premier dental after a good few years of not going to a dentist. Although I couldn’t get an NHS place, the reviews persuaded me to go private with them and I am so glad I did! They are not just interested in your money which is what I was originally nervous about going private. I couldn’t afford to get everything done in one go which they were so understanding about, and booked me in monthly so I could pay/get treatment gradually! Jag is the friendliest dentist I have ever had and always so reassuring! The girls at the desk are also very welcoming! The whole experience from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave is very friendly, reassuring and welcoming! I wont be leaving this dentist any time soon!

Brilliant Romy and Monika are a great team I have had the same dentist in another town for 34 years. Sadly he retired leaving a gaping hole. I went to another dentist in Rochester and had a not so great experience. Then i found Romy and Monika. I have finally found my replacement dentist team. My fillings are 20 plus years old and amazed they have lasted this long. Romy has done an excellent job replacing these. My retainers broke and she has also done a good job replacing them both too. I also have had an issue with a tooth which has been successfully crowned. It looks nice and i have had no issues. She stays late on a Tuesday which is a huge convenience for me as i work in London. Even if the appointment runs over she does not rush and they bend over backwards to accommodate me. I am hugely thankful of their time and efforts. It takes me a lot to trust a dentist too. I would recommend anyone come here.

Fantastic service. I attended as an emergency patient and was treated with real respect and professionalism. The dentist took the time to fully explain everything, which made me feel completely at ease. Friendly, thorough, and honest, I wish they were my regular practice. Highly recommend.

I was in need of an emergency dental appointment and Premier Dental were brilliant. They saw me the same day and temporarily sorted the issue until I could have full treatment work completed . The dentist was fantastic. He put me at my ease, and although I was already on the books at a different dental practice I would will only be happy to return to Premier Dental in the future. I cant recommend them enough. They are 1st class.

Best dentist experience Iv ever had. Friendly and polite reception. Amazingly skilled dentist who put my mind at ease every step of the way. Super clean environment and nice relaxed atmosphere. Went for an emergency appointment as I had tooth ache and they removed it straight away. So good Iv decided this is now my dentist.
