Chatham Dental Surgery

I am really thinking about suing this place. They have completely ruined my perfect teeth. I went to dentist abroad and they told me. This dentistry only filled one of my canals instead of 4 and also extremely bad shaped filling. So ofcourse I had infection. Not to mention the pain I had to endure during the procedure because she didn't wait for the anesthetic to work and told me I had to deal with it. I was only 16 at the time and since then I delt with so many problems, I would cry everyday. I went abroad and they told me that whoever did my tooth should not even be a dentist ( i went to 3 dentists, they all told me the same). Which makes me question whether I even needed a root canal. Stay away from this dentistry I beg of you. It should not even exist. After all these years and bad reviews I'm still surprised they still exist. I have pictures of what they did to my tooth, receipts and what my tooth should of actually looked like from a real proper dentist. The first picture is the filling they have done as you can see its horrendous. The second picture is what it should look like by professional. The third pic is inside my tooth as they only filled one canal. the third pic. Is the professional dentist doing all canals which reduces the likelihood of infection. I'm now 3 months into my treatment and it's been great so far.

Had a chipped from tooth and what that needed a root canal and crown the crown fell off after a few days was ill fitted and just felt very big compared to my other teeth in my mouth my chipped tooth I had a filling on has also begun to chip away after only a few months was very uncomfortable getting it done also no pain medication one time was asked to leave when I sat in the chair when I had an appointment I had to ring back up and get the receptionist to explain to me what went on in there and they re booked me. The worst dentist I've been to in quite a while not wanting to go back here but need my teeth sorted asap

58 minutes in queue to answer the call... Was told that they won't see me if I haven't taken painkillers.. I don't do pills... My personal preference... Toothake is severe. Painkillers won't help. Absolutely useless dental surgery. Shame on you

I've been with them from a few years and did not needed a dentist from more than an year as i had no problems so far and now i needed to go and found out that they have removed me just , because i didn't came for an year(as they loose money from your checkup) when i did not needed it . They also said I can NOT register back with them anymore ! One of the dentists there I won't specify a name done me a filling 3 times as it kept falling after only a week !

THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. As a result, I have decided to go private as I REFUSE to get any treatment from this dentist! The surgery looks very run down and the dentist was extremely rude! I explained my problem and the dentist asked me to sit in the chair. I sat in the chair and she proceeded to start treatment WITHOUT EXPLAINING WHAT SHE WAS DOING! I asked her to stop and explain what she was doing before she did anything. She put her tools down in a strop, told me to leave because she "doesn’t have time to explain" and schedule a new appointment if I wanted to be treated (she still hadn’t explained what treatment I needed). She was extremely rude! I asked the receptionist if I could have a different dentist as she made me feel uncomfortable. The receptionist explained that if I wanted to be treated, that dentist would have to conduct my treatment. I REFUSE TO RECEIVE TREATMENT HERE! I will NOT be returning. I think it’s time for her to retire as she appears miserable doing her job! I advise all to direct their complaints to NHS England, and failing that Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO). No-one should be subjected to substandard and unfair treatment!

The most worst place to go, I should have looked at the reviews beforehand. The atmosphere of the place is very hostile and looked very rundown in general. I could feel as something wasn’t right as soon as I stepped in. I was kept waiting for an hour in a room by myself with the door shut not knowing what was going on! I kept my patience as things can run over time. However I had previously said to the receptionist that I will need to move my car if this exceeds over an hour to which she said is fine just wait a bit longer and if it gets closer to the time I can go and move it. So as the time approached and still not being seen I once again got up and asked if I could move it to which she said if you go do that now the dentist will take someone else in which will have you waiting longer??! The customer service of this place was absolutely shocking and I’m glad I left when I did.

Dentist not giving you any information and talking over you(lady), never appointments available, had rwdo 1 tooth twice now again filling fell out and next appt is in January i have been told! Mixed up my appointment and cancelled once as well. Havent even been told whoch teeth and how many i need get done.
