Ashley Loupin & Associates is an excellent dental practice with a fantastic team. From the moment you walk in, the reception staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The appointments are well organised, and everything runs smoothly. The dentists are professional, caring, and take the time to explain every treatment clearly, making you feel completely at ease. The whole practice is modern, spotless, and has a lovely atmosphere. My first time and first appointment there. The reception was clean and the ladies behind the desk were very polite. When called to be seen I was greeted with a smiling assistant. Welcomed into the room. After sitting and the examination started I was kept informed all the way through what needed doing treatment wise and I was always kept informed and reassured as I suffer severe anxiety. So 5star 👍

Honestly just wanted to say a massive thank you. I was not registered at this dentist, but I had been waiting over a year for a wisdom tooth extraction on the NHS. I was advised that I’d be better having it done at the hospital by the NHS, even though I was happy to be awake for it. I booked an emergency appointment here on 20th December as my tooth was causing me so much grief. They advised that if I wanted to go private that I could be awake for the procedure. I decided to go ahead with it as the tooth was causing so much pain. I attended on the 29th December for the extraction, and was so impressed by how quick and easy the procedure was. The aftercare instructions were listed out clearly. I can’t remember the name of the lady who did the extraction, but the dentist and her assistant were both super friendly and made me feel at ease the entire time. Just so happy the tooth is finally out, and I am no longer in pain! The reception staff here are lovely too. Everything was booked smoothly and listed out clearly.

As someone who is more than a little bit nervous at the dentist, the current team are very sympathetic and any dental work has been done with this in mind. I will say that after 37 years of attending this practice though I'm a little concerned that patients will be asked to book check ups before leaving the practice in future. Those of us who are nervous may not come every six months but do still continue to come and support the practice.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this dental surgery. i went to see a dental doctor there and they gave me antibiotics and to make an appointment for tooth removal which i did. then i get an email saying (This is to advise you that we have to cancel your appointment Please telephone the surgery as soon as possible to re-arrange this appointment.). i re-arrange the appointment then they cancel it again this has happened 6 times.

The dental staff are amazing, kind and caring. The reception staff are rude and abrupt. I would give a five star review to my dentist and highly recommended her…. But had to drop a couple of stars due to reception staff.
