I was petrified of the dentist when I met Marius. I hadnt been to the dentist in years. I have autism and I was very scared but now I go every 6 months and honestly I couldnt recommend this practise enough. I have even convinced my whole family to sign up too! The staff are ALL amazing, they all recognise me by name when i come in and make me feel very welcome. They even remember my favourite animal is the Octopus 🐙 and make effort to talk to me about them when I am there. Above and beyond!

My wife was removed from there dental care saying she hasn’t been here for 2 years, this was over the Covid period when we was being told emergency appointments only. Both of my children have been taking off their list aswell saying the same thing, however I remember attending appointments last year with them, so clearly records are being kept correctly. There was no written warning 3 months prior about removing anyone off their dental care. Treatment is very good from the practitioners but reception staff could be more polite and compassionate bearing in mind they are still a health care facility.
