Had a really positive experience with hygienist Sylvia Chartterton. She was extremely professional, gentle, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and she took real care to ensure I was comfortable at all times. My teeth felt thoroughly cleaned afterwards, and I left feeling well looked after. I’d also like to mention her colleague, who was equally friendly and helpful during the visit (apologies, I didn’t catch their name), which helped make the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Overall, excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

What can I say.. I've changed from being petrified with anything dentistry related, to a calmer, more confident patient eager to continue enjoying good teeth and mouth health. Thanks to my dentist Viraj Menon, and others who have participated in caring for me, I no longer DREAD check ups or treatment.. The whole team are calm and caring, showing fantastic understanding of my original fears, and helping me to be in a much better position with oral health. I value their expertise and kindness getting me to where I am today. The Studio always makes me feel welcome, I am at ease from the start of any visit. Thank you everyone at Kent Smile.. I recently attended Kent Smile Studio for teeth extractions, and I can honestly say the experience was far better than I expected. I’m someone who feels incredibly anxious about visiting the dentist—especially for procedures like extractions—but the whole team made such a difference. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and reassuring. Everything was very well organised and ran smoothly. The dentist herself (Milda) was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. I also really appreciated being given the option of either a numbing injection or sedation, which made me feel more in control of the situation. The anaesthetist was especially kind and caring, held my hand and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Every member of the team was considerate and supportive, and they all helped build my confidence and reduce my anxiety. Thanks to them, I was able to go through with the full process much more calmly than I expected. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Kent Smile Studio to anyone—especially if you’re feeling nervous about dental treatment.

I’ve recently attended the Walderslade branch. I am under the care of Dr Dattani for my second implant. Dr Dattani is professional and caring towards his patients and I highly recommend him. I would not receive better care anywhere else. Thank you also to the friendly reception team and lovely dental nurses.

Really lovely dental practice. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Myself and my children have been seeing Louise for years and she is just brilliant. She has such a calming way about her and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else!

Have been going to Kent Smile Studio for the last couple of years. Having not been to the dentist since my early 20’s (I’m now 45) fair to say I’m not a fan!! Was recommended Louise and she’s been brilliant, from my first check up to now, always gives very professional honest feedback and makes me feel very relaxed. My hygienist is Zahir who is equally as professional and friendly. I’ve gone from not even knowing what a TePe brush was to doing it every night! The team there I would highly recommend.

The best dental practice I have visited. Friendly professional service from all staff from reception to dentists. All procedures and pricing well explained and level of care second to none. Comfortable waiting area and large modern dental rooms. You are made to feel welcome and valued. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend
