My daughter and I have had an exceptional experience with the entire team at Hospital Lane - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr Manuel Gonzalez O’Sullivan, Shirley Cox, Sarah Minett-Monro all showed genuine compassion. Their patient and understanding approach towards a patient with autism and complex needs, allowed treatment to go ahead after unsuccessful attempts elsewhere. Their communication prior to treatment was excellent and Manu and Sarah’s patience with my daughter’s endless amount of questions was crucial to her feeling safe. Throughout, the entire team remained highly professional whilst also being warm, patient and genuinely caring. We are incredibly grateful for their support.

I had such a lovely experience with Rebecca today. She was instantly warm, welcoming and calming, which made me feel completely at ease. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, but also made the appointment feel really relaxed and enjoyable. I honestly left in an even better mood than when I arrived because it was so nice chatting with her. A brilliant experience — thank you, Rebecca!

We are more than happy with this practice. Following treatment to get my gum disease under control with we decided to have teeth straightening. Shirley was very helpful with my general anxiety and took things at a pace I was comfortable with. The results are outstanding and I feel we are in a very good place with regards to dental care.

What can I tell you about Hospital Lane…. Well, I can tell you that my experience was a good one. I am a VERY nervous patient but thanks to Ines Forte and Michayla I am now able to get in the chair without tears and fear or anxiety. I won’t say it is something I relish but I most definitely will be able to go to future appointments much more happily. The care I received during treatment ( which was pretty full on but not painful ) was 2nd to none and there was reassurance all the way. I have advanced Periodontal Disease and what they have done for me is quite remarkable because I honestly thought I would lose a few teeth BUT no 😁 Thank you ladies!! XX

Today, I had 2 Wisdom Teeth removed and my experience was first class! I was seen by Jas & Michayla! They could tell I was nervous and anxious but they put me at ease within seconds. They made the whole experience positive and I would recommend them and Hospital Lane without a doubt. I’ll be going back for my follow up in a couple of weeks and then using them moving forward. Had the most amazing transformation with dental health and appearance from Irfan and the team - hats off to Sarah and Irfan for embracing smooth FM on long appointments! It was a long journey over a fair few months but I am amazed at the results and can most highly recommend the attention to detail and personal care and consideration received

Always great service here. Jodie does the best hygienist appointments I’ve ever had. No-one really likes going to the dentist, but at Hospital Lane I always feel comfortable and at ease, rather than the dread and anxiety I used to feel when going to the dentist.
