Initially seen by James and Marley, then Ria and Marley for my follow up appointment and I just say they have been fantastic with me. I’m a nervous patient that’s avoided coming to the dentist at all for the last 10 years, which I thought wasn’t an issue until I started getting some problems and was then frightened to tackle them head on. I called to explain my issues and to try and get an appointment and was instantly put at ease by the professional receptionist team, I was booked in promptly and the care delivered by all staff has been exceptional. I’ll never skip an appointment, or be afraid to come again. Thank you all so much. If you want a dentist that treats you like a person, puts you at ease, has all the helpful information to hand and doesn’t lecture you like a child, these guys are the ones to go to!

I have been attending Fir Tree Dental Practice for over 40 years and staff have always been friendly and welcoming over that time. My recent visit was with Sara and Naomi who always put you at ease with their welcoming chat. Everyone is so professional which makes for a good experience.

Had an upper molar tooth removed by dentist Sarah & Naomi assisting. Just want to say experience far better than thought. Sara was very gentle, supportive explaining everything & patient, put me at ease & both very calming & checking on me throughout whole time. Thank you both!

Sara and Naomi are brilliant! Very knowledgable and very caring, constantly reassuring and being very patient, I am not great when in the chair but they make it much easier and I am far more comfortable visiting the dentist.

The girls on reception are always so welcoming and Sara & Naomi are an absolute pleasure and make me feel at ease at every appointment, So professional especially dealing with my anxiety every time.

Recently changed to the practice and had a really positive first experience. Angela completed all of our check ups. Was particularly good with one of my children who needed support to attend. She considered how to make it as easy for him as possible, and took time for him to process it all. Kate, her dental nurse, was also really great at educating in terms of teeth brushing and flossing. The reception team were really helpful too, and welcoming. Very pleased we’ve changed practices!

I've been extremely impressed with Dental Therapist Angela Edgar, who I've seen twice now over the last couple of weeks. Speaking as someone who's not a hugely confident patient, I found her very reassuring and personable. She was very thorough and had obviously done her homework, as she knew when and by whom an old filling had been done. She discussed future options, kept me informed of Denplan treatment benefits, took an x-ray and spent some time trying to address issues with my bite, which had probably exacerbated issues with my filling in the first place. I would be very happy to see her again in the future if I require further treatment. Thank you Angela! You're doing a great job 👏 😀
