Bupa Dental Care Carlisle

Robotic staff and no sense procedure. I made a call first thing on Monday 8am as a filling has cracked, got right through then to be told i would get a call back at 9am to see if i could be fit in. This is to do with the severity of the phone calls that are in that morning. Thats fine there may be others alot worse off. I call back to see when the next booking i can do which i am told is Thursday. I say thats fine i can put up with it until then atleast i can sort my work life out. I am then told i am not allowed to book that slot as my case is classed as an "emergency case". I am told i will have to call the morning of the day i want to be seen. So instead of me booking a day that i can organise my work around i have to chance my luck and hope i get in. How is this on earth helpful?! If im choosing to put up with the discomfort for a few days so i can make sure my work week is not impeded whats wrong with that? Theoretically i could be calling every morning and not getting in. I just want an appointment so i can work it into my work week how is this not understood?!

Lovely practice. Reception are so welcoming. Lovely Kieron on the desk who always makes sure I’m okay and deals with my appointments. 10/10. Recommend

Brought my daughter for her check up and had to come back on two separate occasions for treatment, each time we saw Natalie who is a trainee, and Agnieszka who was the dental nurse. They were both fantastic with my daughter who was very nervous, they really put her at ease and made the experience a lot better for her. Natalie talked through everything she did before she did it, and explained everything in a way she understood. When she got upset and worried they were amazing with her, and she managed to get through the treatment quite easily. Fantastic team, cannot thank them enough for being so patient and caring with her.

Brilliant dentist. Always very accommodating and they can give you appointments the same day for emergencies. Also all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Patient, calm, reassuring and friendly. We went with our daughter for 5 teeth removed and she was incredibly anxious. Additional staff came in to support her and ensured that the treatment could be completed. We are very grateful.

Very friendly and polite staff. Dentists are really helpful.The rooms are very clean. Highly recommended. Won't go anywhere else.

Baaba and nurse was excellent, im not very good with dentists. But they are excellent. Tooth extraction was a relief . Thank you . See you in December 🫂
