21D Clinical Limited Carlisle

I was so unhappy with my partial dentures for many years then I came across 21D on social media, I followed their patient support group for around 10 months, I didn't need to ask any questions because they were answered by reading everyone's experiences. I finally plucked up the courage to pick the phone up and book my assessment in Carlisle for 18/7/25 I was a little nervous but Ashen and his excellent team made me feel so relaxed from the moment I walked through the door and was so happy to be accepted. Without any hesitation I went home booked my appointment and paid for my treatment. I got in the chair on 23/9/25 and don't deny I was very nervous by this time but the patient care I received from Dan and his team was excellent, they talked to me, reassuring me all the way through the procedure which took around 3 hours. I had to go on a liquid diet for 4 weeks then a soft food diet for 8 but that was ok, Had my DC on 18/12/25 then my Ltps on 26/1/26 just in time for my yearly month away to Benidorm. I could not be any happier with my new teeth and my new smile it has changed my life forever thanks to the very professional and caring team of 21D you are amazing!!

First contacted 21D in Jan 2025 following more teeth extractions and more additions to my partial top and bottom dentures as single implants were not an option for me due to periodental disease. I was approved by 21D for an assessment which I had a few weeks later in March and was advised that due to infections and periodental disease there was a good chance I would lose all my teeth over the next 5 years. Its not an easy decision to make but the prospect of more extractions only leading to full dentures spurred me on to take the plunge with 21D. The fact that the company is UK based with assessment clinics close by in case they are needed gave me great piece of mind and 21D only do this surgery for people who have no other options and never for cosmetic reasons assured me that they had my best interests at heart. From my first contact with 21D I have been dealt with compassionately and any query or concern I have had has been responded to quickly. All 21D employees are a credit to them and I thank all who I have crossed paths with for making this journey the best it can be. It's major surgery and recovery isnt easy but 21D have helped change my future for the better.

My journey with 21D began in November 2024, when I went for my assessment, I was told on the day I was suitable for surgery. Appointment booked a few days later for January. Although nervous I was also excited to be on this journey and on the day of surgery I was surprisingly very calm (even Stratos my surgeon said how calm I appeared). The care throughout surgery was outstanding and I can honestly say the 2.5 hours it took, flew in!! During the healing process my WhatsApp group were there for any concerns I had, although I did get a lot of information from the patient Facebook group. My DC was scheduled for April but unfortunately covid struck and I had to cancel, nothing was a problem and DC rearranged for beginning of June and LTP’s fitted July. My life has changed thanks to 21D, I have confidence and I can smile again. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, they have been fantastic throughout. Paula

Travelled from Glasgow for Data Capture on Monday 9th December. Ideal location as you take the sign posted exit and more or less drive straight into the clinic. Plenty of parking. As you would expect, the place was spotless and both members of staff were extremely professional , very informative and easy to deal with. The whole process from start to finish lasted 1hr 15mins. Every question I asked was answered to my satisfaction. Left feeling extremely positive and would have no hesitation in recommending Carlisle as a go to for Data Capture.
