I phoned this Dentist yesterday morning and got booked in for 6.15pm the same day. The receptionist was excellent. I got in for my appointment 15mins early and was in the chair for 30mins. Rebecca was my Dental surgeon. She was fantastic. Explained everything as she done the first part of my root canal. Today I am pain free. Thank you to all the team. Excellent work.

Im hopeless with dental pain. Almost a phobia so to speak when having to go to the dentist. So when I cracked a tooth and poorly attended to another problem tooth, I got pain and big swelling to my face and mouth. I then rang the Referral from the North West hotline when own dentist not available or dont have one anymore. (The latter applies to me). The hotline Referred me to this service. Dental nurse Cath, Dentist Rebecca and the triage team & reception were amazing. I ended up with a double extraction in under 40mins. Seen straight away. Very caring, and took their time. Pain was minimised throughout and in all honesty, despite losing teeth for the first time; probably the most positive visit ive done ever to a dentist. Cath and Rebecca are an absolute credit to the NHS.

AWFUL! I had a tooth extracted over a month ago and I'm still pulling fragments of it out now. The dentist didn't use anywhere near enough anaesthetic the first two times she tried to pull it out (after she'd cut it in half!) ... I was still in agony on the 3rd and 4th attempts too. I wasn't given anything to rinse my mouth out afterwards. Overall, it wasn't an experience that I'd wish on my worst enemy.

They were very efficient with my boyfriends tooth removal, however, i was asked to take a seat in the waiting area whilst they did an xray, so i did, they then told him that id left him when he was trying to hold my hand to get his tooth taken out. my boyfriend has learning difficulties and was very overwhelmed by that. wasn’t brilliant tbh.

I had an emergency appointment here today for a tooth pulled. Nervous as I was, the lady performing the procedure made me feel at complete ease, she was super professional and friendly. Had to mention the kind lady who ran inside and got me a ticket for the parking (who was off duty). And the receptionist who was nothing but smiles. Great place.

She was so very helpful, I had gone in I think it was one of my wisdom teeth coming through at the time and I could not really eat with it or anything. So I end up down in A&E with it and that doctor recommended going to the emergency dentist with it so I did. But trying to make the appointment was bad but I could see they point so. I got they and I was hopeing they did not have to pull anything out witch they didn't. But the woman was awsome. She took x rays of my mouth. And everything was fine.
