I whole heartedly recommend this practice. Every staff member makes you feel welcome and valued. Dr Andrew Batley is not just wonderfully skilled, he is also extremely kind and reassuring. I had my first root canal done with him, and I was dreading it- it was right at the back, and my jaw doesn’t react well to prolonged opening. It was completely stress free, to the point that now that I have to have the same procedure on the other side, I have absolutely no apprehension whatsoever.

Unsung heroes. Rumney Endodontics saw me through an awful period of tooth pain and went above and beyond to help me. Andrew and his team performed my root canal smoothly. Lois and Andrew are incredible but what really stood out was their empathy and ability to provide reassurance whenever I needed it. If I had a follow up question or needed to be seen after my treatment, they managed to fit me in and I was never made to feel like a nuisance. Thank you so much for being so kind and caring!

This is a lovely dental practice. On this visit the staff were really helpful fitting me in at a time that suited, they’re polite and pleasant. The dentist was reassuring and thorough in his examination and made me feel nothing was any trouble.

I have an absolute fear of the dentist and have built up trust over so many years so the thought of going to Rumney Endodontist what a nightmare. I have had 2 root canals done there and Josh was so caring, & reassuring, it was amazing. I am now no longer in any pain. I did say I hoped I didn’t see them again, 100% if I ever need another root canal I wouldn’t hesitate to drive from Bristol to Cardiff to visit Josh again !

I had root canal surgery today with Andrew. I had been in such pain that I cannot describe. 4 hours later and I feel pain free. I had done my research and every other dentist had said he was the best dedontist. Now I know you why. A complete professional who knows his stuff but also compassionate, caring and listens to what you have to say. Special thanks also to the dental nurse whose name i don't know for your compassion and kindness, it meant a lot. Cannot recommend this practice enough

I had to have a complete re do of my root canal. The whole experience was fab and got me in really fast. Really professional, friendly and I have had no problems since. Cassandra, was very reassuring and kept me updated the whole time she was working on my tooth. Definitely recommend.
