I have been with this dentist for a long time now and they have really restored my faith in dentists and helped me improve so much from being an EXTREMELY nervous patient. Mel on reception is an angel, always so kind and organised, she always puts me at ease. I had some cosmetic work with Dr Afroz last year and she did an amazing job, I just recently came back for some more composite bonding and I couldn’t be happier with the results!! Dr Afroz and Bushra took so much time and care in perfecting my smile and it’s given me so much more confidence! I am already saving to come back and have more teeth done as I completely trust them as a team. I have recommended my friends to come and have some composite bonding already as I’m 100% sure they are the best in Cardiff! Thank you again 🙏

I missed 2 appointments 1 year then I called due to not being able to make an appointment the following year and was removed from the dentist. The receptionist was very rude and treated my disability and the way I talk as an excuse to remove me, this was in 2011. Since then I have not had a dentist as I was scared to go to one in the start and now after removing most of my teeth with a screw driver and hammer or having them removed or temp filled at the heath hospital I am struggling. It all goes back to them and they are not good people. I am about to lose all my teeth and my mental health is declining due to this, I can't even eat properly now and my jaw and face is now reshaping. I cant even smile anymore thanks to these guys treating the 3 appointments missed per year as if that is 3 over the whole course of your life. I am now going to seek legal action against them and the NHS for this misconduct.

I've been with Colchester Dental Clinic since 2017 when we moved.to Wales. I was a nervous patient, frequently passed out during procedures and have a fair few issues with my teeth. The staff are friendly and gentle and the dentists are knowledgeable, thoughtful and hard working. I've never had anything other than a positive experience with them and I'm no longer afraid of the dentist! Would highly recommend

Been a patient for 15 years plus. Always had excellent treatment with great explanations from Dr Afroz about treatment and options. Mel on the desk is always very accommodating with my busy lifestyle as I'm always rescheduling appointments. 5 star service, would highly recommend!

This professional dental practice are helping and supporting me through various issues I am currently having with my teeth. They seem to understand how I am feeling. Mel on reception is very efficient kind and reassuring and Kate is gentle and has a sensitive and patient manner.

After being transferred from Hillcrest, Rumney, not a great start here. Two genuine reasons to be late for my appointment, on 2 occasion’s but no cares given. I mean, some people just don’t turn up. So if genuine reasons are not a thing, good luck with leading the perfect life. And do make sure nothing happens twice in a row to make you miss your appointment. I better get on and fix that bike puncture now then.
