I would like to thank Ed & All the Team at Pleasant Dental Care. Receptionists & Dental assistants are All so lovely. Today's visit I would especially like to thank Louise (Hygienist). I complimented her at my appointment that she is the Best Hygienist I've ever been to. She is gentle whilst being extremely thorough. Louise explains everything fully & gives great advice & tips how to improve cleaning teeth at home. I have been with this practice many years & wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been with this dentist practice for over 20yrs. The staff are amazing and if you are nervous they make you feel at ease. The dentist is gentle and thorough. I can't speak highly enough about them.

I had an outstanding experience at the dental practice today. From the moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by Sharon at reception whose friendly and personable demeanor immediately put me at ease. Her professionalism was matched by all the dental nurses, who contributed to the overall positive atmosphere. Niosha, my dentist, was exceptional in every respect. She immediately made me feel comfortable with her calm and reassuring presence. Her depth of knowledge was evident, as she took the time to explain each step of the process thoroughly, ensuring I understood everything clearly. She also patiently answered all of my questions, demonstrating a genuine commitment to my care and comfort. Her friendly yet professional approach, combined with her expertise, gave a positive and reassuring experience. The level of patient care I received from the entire team exceeded my expectations and I can’t recommend the practice highly enough.
