Dental Care Centre

Had root canal yesterday with Dr Tom Hennebry. The plan was to then start the process of having a crown fitted. After the R/C Dr Tom talked me through why a crown was not really necessary at this stage and that he could build the tooth back up with a filling. Basically halving my bill! Dr Tom told me that this is the route he would take on his own teeth- a filling not a crown. (what better recommendation is that!) Dentistry- skilfully executed and painless (just the expected pinches from the initial anesthetic injections- to be expected) Would highly recommend Dr Tom.

It has been a year since my first visit to Dental Care. On that time I have been impressed by Steph and Anne’s superb dentistry practice. They have transformed my badly neglected denture into a healthy nice one. Definitely Dental Care was the right choice. Craig, Debby, Alice all great professionals, always there to help.

Great dental practice, the staff are all really friendly, the receptionist makes you feel really warm and welcome. Steph the dentist is lovely and calm and makes you feel really at ease! They make coming to the dentist a nice experience!! 100% reccommend.

I’ve been going to Dental Care Centre for 6 years now and Maarten and his team have been fantastic. He has done a lot of work on my teeth and it’s been excellent every time. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Lynn in reception is friendly, reassuring and compassionate. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I was recommended Dental Care Centre and all I can say is, it exceeded my expectations. I am a nervous patient and have been looking for a dentist who I can trust and feel comfortable with and my experience was just that. I’ll start from the beginning when I was greeted by Debbie the receptionist, what a warming, friendly lady who instantly made me feel at ease. Then when it was my time I was greeted by Stephanie (dentist) and Ann (nurse). Both ladies were welcoming, warm and at one point I had forgotten I was at a dental practice. The friendly vibe and atmosphere was exactly what I have been looking for and my whole experience was a pleasure, something I never thought I’d say about a dental visit. I can’t express enough thank you to all three ladies. Anyone looking for an honest, friendly dental practice, this is it.

I have been using this practice since it opened and have had Maarten as my dentist for over 25 years. During this time my treatment has been excellent. He is not only very professional but an exceptional dentist. My teeth have been a challenge from day one due to my previous reluctance to attend however Maarten has changed all that. All the team are excellent and welcoming. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.

I have been a patient with the Dental Care Centre for many years and have always found the dental treatment to be of an exemplary standard and the staff to be highly professional and approachable. Lynn on reception is always very helpful and very supportive, especially where patients may be anxious. This is replicated by Marten and his most excellent dental nurse - procedures are clearly explained, methods used very up to date and efficient and when needed patient well being is a priority. Although I would prefer to be an NHS patient I have not attempted to leave this practice as the standard of care, materials used and professional attitudes are well worth the cost!
