Chopra & Associates Dental Surgery

From the phone call I received to my appointment was perfect. The receptionist was polite. My dentist and dental nurse were very calm and polite. He made me feel relaxed and calm. Within 5 mins of being in the treatment room I was numbed and my 6 teeth removed. Every thing was done in a professional manner and I was very happy with my results. I even told him he was very handsome and it was nice to look up and see a happy smile. He was happy with my compliment. 😀

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with your reception staff. Last week, I spoke with one of your receptionists over the phone, and unfortunately I found her manner quite rude and unprofessional. After I asked a question, the reply was given in a scolding tone, which made me feel uncomfortable and upset. I can say dentist and nurses are polite and gentle. I understand reception staff can be busy, but patients should still be spoken to politely and respectfully.

I had my first visit here today and was really impressed with everything. The receptionist was warm and helpful (thanks Alex!) and the dentist and dental nurse were very kind and patient with me. I was very scared and at all times they were supportive, explained things well and my treatment was undertaken with care and precision. I would highly recommend this dental surgery particularly if, like me, you have a phobia!

The helped by removing a broken wisdom tooth. Very patient with me when the anaesthetic was challenging, and then the actual extraction was smooth and not too stressful. The recovery has been excellent - very little pain, and healing well. I’m delighted.

I was referred to Chopra by my regular dentist as I needed immediate extractions. I am extremely nervous of dentists and the staff were very professional and reassuring. I was so impressed with Dr Wale who was so lovely to calm me and I’m sure that because my extractions were done by such a professional and competent person it has helped with my very speedy healing and recovery. I am so grateful to Dr Wale and Chopra for helping me get my life back on track after months of tooth pain and discomfort. You are the best!

I am a very very nervous patient and have an abject horror of dentists especially having s tooth out. I have to say that in all my years This is the best dentist I have ever been too. The dentist and his assistant were both kind and patient. My cracked tooth was gone painlessly and I had follow up letter of instructions to ease any discomfort. Brilliant. Thank you.
