Needed emergency treatment on an abscess that I had on a back tooth, though they were very busy they managed to see me within an hour and after exam plus xray took the tooth out, very quickly and painlessly saving me any further discomfort and pain, thanks for rescuing my holiday in Cornwall

I really can't recommend this practice enough. I was in such a mess, so worried my situation could cause other health issues, embarrassed with very little confidence and extremely anxious. Although my treatment has'nt finished yet i already feel they have given me a new lease of life. I can honestly say i feel totally at ease and actually look forward to seeing them again to continue completing my treatment. Also with checkups and any future problems i may have as i feel i'm in such good hands. Exceptional team in every way and all so caring and kind with a lovely calming personal touch.

I went for my appointment today but was told that the technician doesn't work Mondays! This appointment was booked 3 weeks ago. I'd booked time off work, travelled 20 miles to get there and then was turned away!! I was happy with the dentist until this point. If they'd have phoned me before hand to tell me of their mistake then fair enough and i could've rebooked, they even sent me a reminder text 3 days ago!!These private dentist have you held to ransom, charging horrendous prices and are so nonchalant about messing people about!!

I am entitled to free NHS treatment but there is no-one taking on patients in Cornwall. I had an abcess and was worried about getting in, but I rang White Rose and they got me in within a couple of days. I was given the option of an extraction or root canal. I opted for a root canal. Mr Smith is very thorough and very patient. He has a great manner and this helped me remain calm. He did a really good job. The whole dental team are really friendly and put you at ease. The surgery is bright and airy and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this surgery.

Had my first extraction this morning, and was a complete bag of nerves. I was instantly put at ease, reassured that my fears and anxiety were normal, the Dr explained everything to me to a level I was comfortable with, was very patient with my questions and unease, and performed the extraction with great care. I actually do not know why I was so nervous looking back this afternoon and having had the extraction! I was very well looked after, and after having had many bad visits with other dental surgeries, this experience has gone a long way to rebuilding my confidence with dentistry. Thank you for the exceptional care I received today.

Had to go in October to have some emergency treatment. I’m absolutely petrified of the dentist after a really bad experience in a previous practice. All the staff were amazing ! Was seen by Mr Smith who put me at ease and explained what he was doing and if I was in any discomfort would stop.I have had several appointments since to have other work done but can’t rate them highly enough! Will definitely be going back for my regular checkups with them.

After not seeing a dentist for alot of years due to such had experiences, I decided to try and get in here for a plan. Just had 3 extractions done and it's the best experience I had, they made sure I was comfortable and pain free and was in and out in around 10 minutes! Absolutely amazing service and staff and will be going back for more treatment this next few months
