I recently visited for the ear wax removal service and had fantastic results. Shelly took care of me, and she was both extremely friendly and professional throughout the appointment. my hearing feels so much clearer now. I really appreciated her helpful attitude and genuine care. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone looking for effective treatment with a friendly touch.

My partner was sent there today by the 111 team for emergency dentist. This is the second time he has been sent there since October. You only done a temporary filling then plus xray and have done another temporary filling again today. Why won’t you do a proper filling or remove the tooth if it’s beyond saving?. He has been in such pain on both occasions. The female dentist he saw today was the same one he also saw before. She was very rude and not at all helpful. We cannot afford private dentists and there are no NHS Dentists in Cornwall available so this is why we have to do 111/ emergency dentist. We are back in touch with 111 so won’t be going back to you.

My self and my family have been with chapel dentist over 15years the reception team most helpful nothing is to much trouble it's a nice chilled atmosphere in the practice and is spotlessly clean my familys dentist Rebecca always makes me feel very relaxed has been amazing over the years very professional always giving good advice woud highly recommend the practice My last visit was to she SHELLY PACE for my B12 shot Very professional and a calming i woud highly recommend i feel the B12 has certainly helped me keep a healthy immune system woud highly recommend shellys services

I have been a long term patient with this practice and decided it's about time I shared my positive feedback 😁 all the receptionists over the years and recent have been nothing less than welcoming. Treating every single patient, in my own personal experience, as the first patient of the day, even at 4.30 on a Thursday evening! The dentists and their nurses are always efficient and informative giving a very detailed explanation to either treatment or the recommended product ie toothbrushes/ floss etc. They have also, always had a very gentle approach with my daughter especially who has dental anxiety. Most of us have to be honest. None of us would willingly choose to go and sit in the dentist chair 😂 but we have always been made to feel at ease and ended up going completely off topic and having such a laugh. Again, putting you totally at ease. I cant thank each and every one of you enough for all the years you've assisted us.

I had a hygienist visit today, and Christine and her colleague, were phenomenal. Christine is a ray of sunshine and an asset to the company. I have never felt more comfortable and reassured. She helped my anxiety so much. The receptionists were also so bubbly and friendly. Couldn’t fault anything.
