Had an emergency appointment at Camborne for a broken tooth and I can't praise them enough. The dentist was so attentive and caring, as well as the nurse and they had me sorted out in less than half an hour. My only regret is that I didn't get their names and I can't have them as my regulars. Unless I can?? Security lady was also very lovely.

I came in yesterday after having severe pain since Sunday night, managed to get a appointment for the afternoon over in Camborne. I cannot stress enough how utterly amazing the dentist was she gave pain relief very quickly started a root canal and managed to fix a broken tooth very fast, she was so caring and lovely I've never met such a lovely dentist I wish I could see this dentist regularly. The dental nurse was amazing also so lovely and caring the security lady was also very friendly and smiley, for the first night in a long time I slept without any tooth pain. Honestly I cannot thank you enough I would love these comments to be passed to the wonderful dental team my biggest regret is that I didn't get their names, thankyou so so much! Wouldn't even give one star to be honest with my experience. I broke my tooth and needed emergency work as the pain was unbearable and I was passing out and throwing up. I rang and was told I cannot be seen because my face wasnt swollen, I begged but had the very rude response of everyone is in the same boat as you. Sunday rang, same again, didn't matter that I was now shaking and throwing up because of the pain. I was now taking more medication that should be taken.... Monday called, was number 48 in the queue, 45 mins later on hold, I was told there was no appointments and tough, ring tomorrow and I should of rang at 8.30 (which I did!!!) .. Tuesday same again but I was number 54 in the queue from the second it hit 8.30am. again, no appointments ring tomorrow. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get seen here. Today I have had to go private and went to white rose in Camborne who are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and very cheap for private!! I am petrified of dentists and they couldn't have been more accommodating and absolutely brilliant!! Don't waste your time on hold to be turned away by people who quite frankly have no heart to individual situations.

1st appointment for my daughter and cannot fault anything. Very helpful and friendly staff, put my daughter at ease and explained everything to us as the appointment progressed. Not the best looking building but who cares when the treatment and staff are fantastic.

absolutely disgusting. i was treated like absolute rubbish by the people here. someone should be fired.
