Northview Dental Practice

I called the practice first thing this morning for an emergency appointment and was seen promptly. I was impressed start to finish. After this visit I would highly recommend North View Dental practice. What a great experience!

I had 3 appointments, 1 for a filling and 2 to have a crown fitted. Each time there was a minimum wait for my appointment. In fact my last appointment was exactly on time. The work was done to a high standard, and the procedures were explained to me at each step. I was slightly nervous going in for each of the treatments but it all went well and the dentists put me at ease throughout.

Lovely little dentist. Came for a checkup today, the receptionists, and all staff were friendly, nice, and full of smiles. Lovely and clean practice. I saw Simon Ralphs today with his assistant, and he was very reassuring, very knowledgeable and professional, and did a thorough check. And he has booked me in ready for everything I need done. I feel much at ease now after being anxious, upset and panicky about my one tooth. I definitely recommend. Thanks all. See you soon. 😊

My 1st appointment at this practice & I was very impressed. The clinic is very clean & modern, reception staff were helpful. The dentist I saw was Abi, who was excellent, she gave the most informative initial check up I've had & was so pleasant & cheerful, as was her assistant. Definitely 5 star so far!

As someone with a very difficult dental history, honestly a dentists nightmare if I'm honest and generally a frustrated anxious mess due to my own confidence.. I have to say from the first day and every day since then, everyone I have met has not only been the upmost professional. They have also treated me with nothing but kindness and empathy. Every single person in this dental practice has been so kind to me and with a level of professionalism that is unmatched. The practice is beautiful but most importantly the work I've had carried out and believe me it is ALOT... has been to the highest standards. The people are helpful and, kind and, my experiences have been the best they can be given they probably see more of me than they would like. Thanks so much, I could not imagine being anywhere else. You really have built a very safe place for all!.

Such a lovely welcoming dental practice. I think the female dominant staff add to this particularly lovely experience. All the girls working there are friendly and calm although dental care can be stressful or worrying to some people they put your mind at ease and are very professional. I highly recommend this practice.

Had quite a bad experience with this practice. Niku was a good dentist in terms of doing my filling. The only problem is he was more than willing to do other treatments until he found out I had a dental negligence case against someone else. He reccomended an onlay which he was happy to do and was also more than willing to do Invisalign and tooth bonding. When he found out about the case he then had a sudden change of heart and tried referring me elsewhere that was miles upon miles away. Just seemed like he wasn’t confident in his abilities after finding out about the case which unfortunately isn’t the first time this has happened. Why would you happily treat someone then turn them away because of a dental negligence case in regards to a different practice?
