Amazing Dental surgery & could not reccommend my dentist José Bernard enough... Staff are always kind, friendly & welcoming. Surgery is always immaculate . For some reason local anesthetic doesn't work well on me, so to complete a simple root canal it has taken us almost a year & a half of multiple attempts, to save 1 of my molars, trying to avoid general anesthetic in hospital to remove the tooth as my last option. José has been kind an patient enough to stick with my decision to keep trying to complete the root canal, instead of lose a tooth, and he succeeded! To top this off, José did his utmost to save me costs along the way, which he was unaware of but if im honest I really could not afford & would have to work extra to cover the costs. Thank you for being so personable, kind & patient. My children also attend this dental practice and they never fear an appointment. This practice should be proud of their service and is a fab NHS & Private dental practice I would promote to my friends & family.

A great dental practice. The receptionists are always friendly and in my experience, do their best to accommodate. Bonnie is a fantastic hygienist, she’s very friendly and makes you feel like you’re an old friend. Veska is a great dentist and is also extremely friendly. Would recommend.

Been coming here over 20 years since it opened. I've always had satisfactory service by various dentists (Jose currently) and all hygienists. Nice and clean, can get very difficult to get through for appointments at times. Overall, excellent.

Very helpful receptionists who were very kind and considerate.. I rang for an emergency appointment and they managed to fit me in .as for my treatment. It was Excellent .i appreciated the professional opinion from my dentist who was happy to explain the cause and what treatment I should expect. I couldn't expect anything more but to award the 5 stars . Thank you ..

This year I've had a lot of dental work with Veska and she has done a fabulous job. I am very happy with all of the work I've had done (fillings, root canal filling and dentures) even going back for a denture adjustment was done without problem. I thank Veska for all that she's done and I would totally recommend Bupa to anyone.

Moved to Caerphilly recently and had to find an NHS dentist which is really hard. I contacted several dentists with no luck and not really much help at all but I phoned Bupa as my final try. The lady who answered the phone was polite and respectful, offering guidance and support. She put me on a waiting list to call back in 3 months which I had completely forgotten about until I had received a call to book an appointment. The building is small but the practice has made full use of the space. The receptionists are polite! The dentist I seen was helpful but also supportive. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I feel happy to have found a regular dentist.

Jose is the best dentist I’ve had, he explains everything and is very patient with nervous people. Im not the best at sitting in those chairs. This practice gives first class service.
