Just been to this dentist today was a bit worried about the reviews but what a lovely experience. Myself my daughter and husband all booked in here as new patients.Our old dentist was shocking so needed a new one and I hope this wasn't a one off as from the lovely reception team and the nurse in the dentist room to the dentist should be so proud of themselves from a caring kind nature .A great practice and amazing staff .I have not care like this for years and my daughter was so worried about going here but left with a smile on her face .Thank you team your doing such good work .

I do not recommend this clinic. I had severe pain in my last molar along with significant swelling in my jaw. I visited this dentist four times with the same symptoms, but he repeatedly insisted that it was only gum inflammation and prescribed anti-inflammatory medication. I repeatedly requested an X-ray of the tooth, but my requests were refused. Only after I insisted was I referred for a panoramic X-ray, which revealed a chronic inflammatory lesion that had already caused bone loss and loosened the tooth. I am very disappointed that the underlying problem was not investigated sooner despite my persistent symptoms.

I was registered with this ignorant practice for over 18 years. Whenever I attended an appointment, I always made sure to arrive at least 20 minutes early, and on many occasions I was still left waiting for 30 minutes or more past my scheduled time. On this recent occasion, I arrived just 3 minutes late due to school traffic and roadworks. However, I was spoken to very rudely and told that I could not be seen. This was particularly upsetting as other patients in the waiting area were also waiting past their appointment times. When I called a week later to rebook, I was informed that because I missed that appointment, I am no longer registered with the practice. I find this extremely disappointing.

Very disappointing service. I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment and still ended up waiting more than an hour. However, if a patient is just 2 minutes late, they won’t be accepted. It’s unfair and disrespectful to expect patients to be perfectly on time while completely disregarding their time. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Second visit and its just plain and simple. Best service so far! Dr. Asif knows her work and im truly satisfied!

I honestly can't relate to some of the bad reviews. The reception staff were welcoming and professional while the dentist and his assistant were both top notch. I almost wish that I needed more work doing as I'd be more than happy to go back.

The dentists require further training, the quality of treatment is very poor. Receptionists are unprofessional and could do with undergoing further training on how to deal with members of the public.
