Dr Kashif was equally amazing, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel completely confident in my decision. They both made what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and stress-free. I genuinely felt listened to throughout my consultation. I can’t wait to start my Invisalign journey with them and I’m so excited for what’s to come. I had a wisdom tooth extraction today at Synergy Dental, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dentist Imran was absolutely amazing. Even though my tooth was complicated to remove, I didn’t feel a thing, and the extraction was completed within 10 minutes. He made the whole procedure seem effortless and kept me at ease throughout. Beth Davies, the nurse, was fantastic. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I sat down. She checked on me constantly, asking if I was okay every few minutes, which was incredibly reassuring, especially as it was my first time having a tooth removed or any significant dental treatment. I would also like to thank Dentist Kashif, who took the time to explain all the aftercare instructions clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. As someone who was very nervous beforehand, I can honestly say I had an excellent experience. The whole team was professional, caring, and supportive. I would highly recommend Synergy Dental to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

Bittersweet feeling completing my Invisalign journey! I had the most pleasant experience receiving my treatment at Synergy Dental Bury. The process from start to finish was straightforward and well organised. The reception staff were always welcoming and friendly, and they took the time to find appointments that worked around my schedule. As for my dentist, Dr Kash — I have no words. A dentist who truly prioritises patient care and always delivers the best service possible. I never felt rushed during appointments, and he always took the time to answer my (sometimes many!) questions with patience and reassurance. In my opinion, an excellent dentist with impeccable customer service and patient care. I would definitely recommend Dr Kash, and it’s safe to say I’ll be returning to synergy dental for any cosmetic dental treatments in the future.

Dr Mustafa Ansari was great. He did an amazing job and his nurse Beth expertly handled the suction to ensure I didn’t drown! Dr Mustafa had to drill my teeth which I was quite nervous about but I didn’t feel a thing and this was without being numbed up! Both of them worked amazingly well as a team and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I cannot thank the ladies on the reception and Dr Kash enough. I’m a very nervous patient and was reassured throughout after bad experiences. The professionalism and kindness was exceptional. I cannot recommend the practice enough.
