Bury Dental Practice

I can’t recommend Bury Dental Practice highly enough. I’d been having ongoing trouble with a wisdom tooth and was seen very quickly. Despite it being a particularly large extraction, the whole procedure was completely pain free. All of the staff were friendly, professional and incredibly reassuring throughout. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and well managed. I’m very grateful for the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been coming to this dental practice for over 25 years and I can honestly say the treatment I have received has always been first class and professional. Today I had an emergency tooth extraction completed by Sidra. I was so worried about this procedure as I knew the tooth was badly damaged, but Sidra was gentle, explained everything that would happen and she got the job done with no pain whatsoever. Thank you for being so good!!

Had an urgent appointment made at Bury Dental Practice through NHS 111. The process of that itself was so helpful! All the staff were lovely and polite and made me feel at ease, despite being in pain. I was seen and given treatment quickly and will be joining here as a patient after such a great experience!

We visited this dental practice for an urgent appointment. The dentist did not introduce herself and spoke in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. She was rude when asking about the pain, made us feel uncomfortable with her body language, and spoke as if the patient was doing something wrong. While the treatment was eventually given, the attitude was unacceptable. We hope the practice addresses staff behavior so future patients are treated with respect.

Attended the practice for a scale and polish. I was quite nervous as I haven't been in for a while. Was seen by Ruksana and Maaz who were very professional and patient with me. They reassured me and my teeth now feel so clean. Fantastic service!

Wouldn't go anywhere else for dental work, having been taken care at this practice for a long time now, I feel at ease as soon as I walk through the door. I have a great surgeon, & reception ladies are always so helpful & friendly..
