Me and my family have been going to smile works for over a decade now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always get the best service for my teeth! An added bonus it’s always a warm welcome and feels so friendly 🙂

From the moment I came in to SmileWorks for my first appointment, it was the warmest welcome. I have needed a lot of work on my teeth and I can’t thank the team and especially my dentist Raxit for how amazing he has been through all of the processes I have needed. Supportive, calm, super friendly and amazing at his job. I travel down from London for smileworks and I will forever be a customer there. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I’ve had Botox with Christie before and it’s lasted so well, she knows what she is talking about and is professional in her approach. I’ve been getting Botox for years but Christie is good at telling me what will and won’t work and managing my expectations for a natural look. Botox lasts for ages would definitely recommend

The orthodontics at SmileWorks are good. Dr Horsley and his team are competent, and the clinic is spotlessly clean. At a certain point, their phone started going straight to voicemail during business hours. Our orthodontics were complete, but our dentist had raised a query that only SmileWorks could answer. We left voicemails, wrote to them via their webpage contact form, and emailed them. No reply. We had resigned ourselves to never hearing from SmileWorks again when suddenly, months after we stopped contacting them, out of the blue they got in touch and offered us an appointment. The receptionist said the orthodontist had been away on medical leave, and she too had been out of the office for a period of time. This information has made us more thoughtful about being unable to get in touch with SmileWorks. However the way our experience ended was stressful. SmileWorks should work on a front of house standard that lives up to its excellent orthodontics.
