Preston Park Dental Clinic

I have been to 2 different dentist with my 8 years old son and they never really explained anything or offered a treatment plan. But he had a cracked tooth and really wanted someone to have a look at it. We tried a couple of other places where the NHS website said they were accepting new patients but they said they weren't and wanted to charge for a first visit. We then found this place and they were accepting new patients so we book for a first visit. We were already so happy with the first visit where the dentist was so sweet and understanding and explain what needed to be done and made my son feel really comfortable. We came back today for a tooth extraction and 2 fillings and we could not be more happy with the treatment we had. She explained everything step by step, she made him feel secure and not scared at all and she even found the time to answer all his questions. My son wanted to see the injection needle and after hiding it behind her back for the whole time she even put the cap on so he won't be terrified by the side of it. The whole treatment was painless and fast. He went out from the clinic saying she was the best dentist ever. Thank you very much for the amazing work done and for making a little kid not scared of dentist anymore ❤️

They’ve had a change of staff and the new gentleman is very sociable and efficient at the same time. Clear in his explanations at all times during the procedure. If only hygiene visits were cheaper, I’d give it 5 stars. A lot of money for what is close to ‘water boarding’ 😂

It’s just that my experience was super good with all staff. From receptionist to dentist to the procedures it could not have been better. I am impressed with the practise and all staff. I have been a patient for about 12 years. The current team of receptionist, dentists and assistants is what every dental practise should be like. Many thanks

I’m a very anxious individual, especially when it comes to dentistry but my experience with Dr Syed has changed this for me! She is very professional, accommodating and gentle. I’ve needed sedation for procedures for years and the low level of care I previously recieved made me not go to the dentist for years. I’m very comfortable getting procedures done by Dr Syed in house without sedation and would 100% recommend her to anyone who suffers either with anxiety or needs extra care due to medical reasons. Wow I've never been to a Dentist since 1974 and have a mouth like a ruined grave yard nothing to be proud of only to be embarrassed by. Was very hard for me to go through the door. Once I entered was met by Graham Newton who put my mind at ease and talked me through getting false teeth. I ll keep you updated but I'm very happy

Very friendly, calm and informative, I was in a fair amount of pain but was made to feel comfortable and relaxed at all times. I was shown x-rays, given options for treatment, everything was explained in simple terms. I left my previous practice due to being spoken to poorly and receiving sub-par treatment that requires me to have an extraction so I wasn't looking forward to going to the dentist, but Preston Park Dental Clinic were absolutely amazing from the moment I spoke to the receptionist, all the way through my treatment to the time I left.
