The White House Dental Practice

​I just want to say a huge thank you to dental hygienist Allison Jeffery! She is honestly the best hygienist I’ve ever seen. She greeted me with a big, warm smile and explained exactly what each tool did and what she was going to do, which really helped me relax. She also has such a steady hand, which minimized the painful parts of the treatment—like the high-pressure water gun. She finished up with a really thorough polish, leaving my teeth feeling great. She is a 10 out of 10!

So pleased to have been recommended this dentist when I moved to Brighton 10 years ago. Only last week my little girl ( well,13 year old) had to have a tooth out to make way for a brace. Dr Pratistha was amazing. She really took time to reassure my daughter and talk her through the process. The wonderful dental nurse held her hand and Pratistha took care and time to remove the tooth. I’ve been lucky to get NHS dental health at this practice. I’ve been always very happy with their friendliness and service.

My husband and I cannot thank Richard enough for his compassionate, highly professional and personal dental treatment. My husband has advanced Altzheimers and Richard calms him and treats him patiently and gently. Richard has fitted an excellent denture for him as well as looking after his remaining teeth. I am in the room when my husband is being treated. He listens carefully and he describes in layman terms the diagnosis and subsequent treatment. Today he worked on my bite which has become unequal - and already I am feeling more comfortable. On all visits his attention to detail is so reassuring. The welcome at the centre is always warm and friendly. Thankyou Richard, it is lovely to have total trust in your care for our teeth. But even more appreciated is your compassion.

My experience has been one of unparalled care, delivered with great understanding by all the members of this extraordinary team. I have complex (and unusual) needs with regard to my teeth As a result, during the past couple of months, I have spent rather a long time at the surgery. Yet I have only ever had to 'wait' very long because someone else had 'sprung' an unexpected problem which was taking time to sort out. Then, for example, straightaway, that dental specialist is faced with 'my' sudden and exceptional problem. As though a 3 hour working morning (of high level dentistry) with no break was completely normal, he then deals straight away and expertly with mine. I had experienced great kindness during my wait, and had settled down in a corner and enjoyed reading a book I had brought which I had been meaning to read for ages. Then, almost immediately things were settled, the lead dentist, sees me just to check I am OK. One cannot ask for more. It is such a happy place, everyone works so hard, but with such good humour. Each patient is 'known' and their needs really do come first. I have witnessed this over and over again. Highly reccomended.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for years now, I’ve always seen manny as my dentist who is a super lovely man always makes me laugh and has great conversations. I’ve just started seeing a hygienist here called Allison jeffereys and I could not recommend her enough. I’ve been with the White House for a few years now and they are a lovely, friendly group of people. The ladies on reception are always helpful. Manny always makes it a pleasure to go to the dentist, make you feel very relaxed and explains everything and the difference options that work better for you as a person. I can’t recommend the White House enough.
