Braintree Dental Centre

I have been an NHS patient here since 2004, Dr Adrian Mohseni has been my dentist since I joined. Friendly and warm, hes treated my children ( now in there 20s) a familiar face each time I go. I used too be terrified, he makes me feel at ease, and explains everything. Reception staff have always been pleasant and greet with a smile.

Everyone is friendly, what really annoys me is how often appointments are cancelled, every time almost we have jobs etc, so is really not good. My son has had 3 in a row cancelled.

Very unprofessional and waste of time. I went to see them for an initial appointment and to have a bridge fitted. Was given a list of treatment that needed to be done and told to make an appointment with them 2 weeks later. When I rang they asked if I had had all the other work done first as they could only see me when it had ! I was not told at my initial appointment that they only do selective treatments to suit themselves. First dentist I have ever been to that wanted me to get other treatments, i.e. cleaning, fillings etc done elsewhere first! Just disgraceful treatment so beware before making an appointment with them. Postscript: The review is from Mr Paul Mason

I have been going to this dental practice for over 10 years. I came in as a nervous patient from previous dreadful experiences at another practice. This quickly was alleviated by the fantastic caring staff that put me at ease. I have had positive experiences with all staff at the practice from the receptionists, dental nurses, the dentists and practice manager. Most recently Within the last year I have had dental treatment from Dr Qamar Hussain. This dentist does absolutely quality work, he is friendly, fantastic at what he does, and is a perfectionist with making sure everything is right before you leave the doors. I cannot recommend this dentist or the practice enough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Very unprofessional. They will not directly tell you when they have cancelled your appointment. Very rude and disrespectful. Does not care about their patients and I have seen two dentist's now from this practice having just a general bad attitude. I have met really lovely and professional dentist's when I go anywhere other than here. Also they refused me to have a brace when I was a kid but I got one through a different practice. This dental centre will waste your time so be prepared if you wish to attend here.

I was refused an emergency appointment despite being a patient with them for years and as a result led to a few nights in hospital. As a result I ended up in a lot of pain, I lost out on time with my family and pay at work. They didn't do much to take ownership for the mistake and eleven months later still hadn't fixed the problem, I changed dentist surgery and was completed within one month. I wouldn't recommend and would give less than one star of it was possible.

Our dentist is mr Sanei. Have been going to him for 18 years now. Always very friendly, professional and courteous. He picked up early on some Orthodontal work my son would need and referred us quickly for that to get started. When an emergency extraction was needed we were able to get an appointment that same morning. Have nothing but praise for this practise.
