I had an excellent experience with Dr Stephen Heath and the receptionist Katherine. I was in quite a bit of pain when I called, and Katherine was incredibly polite, calm, and efficient—she managed to book me in immediately for a consultation, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile, which instantly made me feel at ease. Dr Heath was just as impressive—he carefully examined my tooth and took the time to clearly explain all of my options without rushing me. What stood out most was that he offered to fix the issue straight away. During the procedure, he talked me through every single step, which made the whole experience much more comfortable and reassuring. I’ve genuinely never experienced such attentive, professional, and compassionate care before. Highly recommended.

When I started my treatment I was petrified not knowing what I was letting myself in for by the time I had spoken to Cathrine on reception and she told me I was in safe hands with Dr Rashim Babla and she was so right Dr Rashim and her team were wonderful I started my journey a quivering person and now have my smile back and have complements on how good my smile is Thankyou DrRashim and your team.

I finally plucked up the courage to go back to the dentist after having previously had lots of bad experiences but Oakmor Dental Centre have been great and although I still feel very anxious all the staff from reception, dental nurse and more importantly the dentist have all put me at ease which is so much appreciated. During treatment they explain what's going to happen and regularly stop and check I'm ok which for a nervous patient means so much. For anyone who feels like I do I thoroughly recommend Oakmor. I was recently recommended Oakmoor Dental in Braintree, and I can honestly say it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had. At 54, having been to several dentists over the years, I’ve never come across such a thorough, professional, and caring approach. My dentist, Stephen, has taken the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand the issues with my teeth and gums, and created a detailed treatment plan to give me the healthy, confident smile I’ve always wanted. The whole team at Oakmoor are fantastic – the staff are warm and welcoming, and the receptionist is extremely helpful and informative. I feel genuinely grateful to have found this practice and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially those who may have had disappointing experiences with other dentists in the past. Oakmoor has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist, and I’m excited for the results of my treatment plan with Stephen.

Everyone here is so kind. Catherine at reception made me feel welcome even though I was nervous from not seeing a dentist in years. Rashim my dentist is always helpful with excellent advice. Christine my hygienist is very reassuring, empathetic and caring, even using some toothpaste for senstivity on me, before she started my cleaning so I would be more comfortable. I have recommended them to my mother who is terrified of the dentists and not gone for 23 years as a result, and Stephen treated her with respect and kindness, and explained her options fully. Would absolutely recommend this team to anyone, I have the utmost faith in them. Thank you Oakmor!

The professionalism and attention to detail especially with complicated treatments is exceptional. Nothing is rushed and procedures thoroughly explained. Dentists, Nurses and receptionist are all very knowledgeable, effecient and very pleasant. I drive 30 miles each way to receive such excellent service.
