I had am amazing experience. I see Dr Hank Du Preez regarding complicated root canal. He went above and beyond to give me the best advice regarding my issue. Took all the time in the world to explain everything so simply and thoroughly. I would highly recommended him, he was worth every penny. Thank you for the best experience I've ever had.
I have to say, the doctors were incredibly kind and approachable. I went in with severe pain, and Dr. Stephen did an excellent job. He was very helpful, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. Truly grateful for the care I received.
The receptionist was so helpful, I couldn't use the booking system to book myself and granddaughters in, after a quick call all was sorted, on arrival they were so polite, Steven the dentist was amazing, he was so kind and patient with the girls ( they both have autism) he took his time with them and made them feel so at ease, he explained everything he was doing. They are all a credit to the practice.
Dr Stephen absolutely top man! So glad I moved to this practice. Reception staff lovely too.
My daughter had a filling today it was also her first visit to a dentist she come out so happy thanks to the lovely ladys who made her feel so comfortable & at ease. Cant thank them enough. I also had a tooth out. I was also made to feel so comfy & at ease. Such a lovely dentist. They tell u step by step with what they are going to do
I had a tooth removed recently, generally i have a bad experience with excess bleeding afterwards, but this time was completely different. The extraction was painless, it did bleed a little afterwards but i was bought straight back in to the chair and reassured and not rushed to leave. After that all went well and i highly recommend Alba. They are friendly and professional. Carol O.
