I had a very positive experience with Dr. Haem Asaad. This was my first time visiting a dentist in the UK, so I was a bit nervous, but I left feeling really satisfied after both of my appointments. She was patient, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was also very kind and reassuring when I felt stressed out. I now feel confident booking future appointments at mydentist. Thank you 🙂

However, Dr. Soroush Azadeh was very clear and thorough in explaining exactly what needed to be done. I had to have a large filling removed and replaced, which is quite an involved procedure. It was completed quickly, professionally, and he explained everything that was happening step by-step throughout the appointment. I'm really pleased with the results! I've been going to this dental practice for years and have always been happy with the care I've received. Given that I haven't been blessed with the best teeth—and have had a few accidents that knocked some out in the past—I'm especially grateful for the great work they do. The young man at reception lacked basic customer service skills to speak to potential clients, was very judgmental, his tone was very off. Just because of this I have decided to go with another dentist clinic where staff are well trained with basic skills. Could do with better staff.

I recently used this dentist Mydenist of Old Christchurch Road Bournemouth. They are excellent,everything was explained fully by Heam & Tom. I had Invisalign and composite bonding. All the procedures were carried out very professionally and caring. I would recommend them to anyone requiring dental work.

WORST DENTIST! JUST CARE ABOUT MONEY NOT HELPING PEOPLE. have been in massive pain from abcess for a week and called 111 for appointment and was able to get one booked in for 2 days which is today. Got to today got a call at 9am saying that the dentist was not in today and I had to call 111 again and go through the whole assessment waiting another 24 hours for another call for an appointment. Didn’t say about rebooking or anything. The dentist sounds and looks very fishy. IF YOU LIKE/ WANT TO KEEP YOUR TEETH HEALTHY DONT GO HERE. WILL TAKE MONEY MONEY MONEY ALL FULL OF GREED. DECIDE TO GO INTO DENTISTRY TO JUST MUG PEOPLE OFF AND NOT HELP THE LESS FORTUNATE PEOPLE JUST CARE ABOUT WHERE THE NEXT BIT OF MONEY WILL BE COMING

I called for appointment for tooth removal for daughter. WeI couldn't reach time but we called and told stand still traffic on road .we were 8 minutes late. Reception people told that re book .if it private, they could have me tra and biscuits on arrival and take in for treatment. Total disgrace..

It's a very good Sentistry with skillful and considerate staff members. Make sure to arrive ahead of your scheduled appointments of course. Clean, tidy and almost always on schedule. Great workmanship completed here in very competent and capable hands.
