Miral is a great hygienist and I would recommend visiting her, especially if going to a dentist/hygienist makes you anxious. She is very kind, patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel more comfortable. Her calm and reassuring manner made the whole experience much easier for me. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the care I received from Miral. Dr Belecka is very professional and always makes the time to explain and communicate clearly. I never feel rushed and can see she really cares about her patients. She is a very good dentist and I always have a positive experience when seeing her. I strongly recommend this team and practice. I've been with this dentist for many years now, probably close to 20yrs! During that time I've received excellent treatment from Ali and now Michaela both on the NHS and Privately, also from the hygienist Rachel who is very pleasant and gentle! I've also found the receptionists very helpful and accomodating. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

I was very nervous as it was my first visit, but Dr. Ugne Vijeikyte made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. She was extremely professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. She treated my teeth very carefully and did an excellent job. I truly appreciate how calm and reassuring she was during the appointment. I used to be so scared of the dentist, all my life and I had to go private because of loosing NHS dentist! Finally got accepted to Bupa after waiting on a list and honestly all the staff are amazing great people. Friendly efficient and my teeth have never been this good, hygienist Rachael is great and has really built my confidence up. If I could give them all ten stars I would. X

Great experience at Bupa. Booked an appointment for my two children (ages 3 and 9) easily, didn't have to wait long in the lounge. The dentist explained everything clearly to them and was reassuring. Highly recommended.

Always confident in going to the hygienist as Rachel makes you feel calm . And I go four times a year to keep my teeth healthy. Not had any problems since being at this practice . Keep up the good work with friendly staff and very pleasant waiting room . Overall a very good Dental practice.
