I had a very positive experience at this dental practice. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood the treatment and felt comfortable throughout. The clinic was clean, well-organised, and ran efficiently, with minimal waiting time. I appreciated the gentle and attentive approach, especially as I can sometimes feel nervous about dental visits. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dentist.

I’m usually quite nervous about dental visits, but the staff here were amazing. Everyone was so kind and reassuring, and the dentist took the time to explain each step of the treatment. The whole experience was much easier than I expected. Really grateful to the team and would happily recommend this practice.

When I first visited the practice, I had a really positive impression. The staff were lovely, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt comfortable there. However, the service since then has been very disappointing. My appointment was cancelled by the practice due to an emergency, and I was told someone would call me back to rearrange it. Unfortunately, no one did. I had to chase this myself and rang several times to try and get it sorted. I also requested that their policies and procedures be sent to me by email, but these were never provided, despite the practice having my correct email address. It is a shame, as my first impression was good, but the lack of communication and follow-up has been really poor. Overall, I feel the service after my initial visit has been appalling.

I highly recommend Complete Smiles for their exceptional care and professionalism. The team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and the results are truly amazing. Extraction done no pain this is definitely a five-star practice that I wouldn't hesitate to suggest to anyone!

I had a filling deep clean and 2 wisdom teeth removed, all staff were really polite and professional, all appointments were scheduled easily and in good time, as a whole it was as pleasant as a trip to the dentist could possibly be.

So happy with this place the staff are awesome, i feel like i can go in and get my oral health sorted with no judgement .. Anta was fantastic extracting a tooth that caused me issues with no pain.! Ill be now coming for my regular check ups .. thank you so much to the team and i would highly recommend!!!
