Rumworth House Dental Practice - Bolton

My husband and I were met by Saima's colleague. Our first visit to an NHS appointment. For the last thirty years we've been with a Denplan Dentist. Saimah was extremely thorough, professional and helpful. Thanks also to Nicola in reception for her help beforehand.

Great dentist practice with great dentists and assistants. Really improved this last 12 month from the reception desk service side, much more welcoming and so much more friendly. There was some staff who I haven’t seen over the last 12-18months that were not nice to deal with and glad they have moved on.

I saw Yasin for my dental check up today. As always he was very professional, friendly and kind. I get so anxious about going to the dentist but he always puts me at my ease. I told him I had been putting off my hygienist appointment and he wasn’t judgemental at all. Listened to my concerns regards sensitivity and gag reflex etc and he said they could use other options like manual scaler, taking it slow etc and put a marker on my record for the hygienist. Also gave me sound self care advice too.

A very poor response from reception staff. I rang for an emergency appointment two weeks ago, to be initially offered the 7th July. I rang again, and was offered the 30th June. The receptionist didn't listen to what I was saying, nor did they reply to my 2 voice mail messages. I have found reception staff to be very unhelpful on this occasion. No concerns regarding the dentist historically. However two members of my family have recently attended for their appointments to find when they have arrived at the surgery the dentist has been 'unavailable'. Unsatisfactory, hence my decision to attend a different dental surgery.

Truly, the best dentist I've been to. I have been here a few times through an emergency dentist, and on every appointment I always got the very best results I could have hoped for. On this particular occasion, not only was I treated for an infection, but the dentist got an appointment rushed through to a dentist hospital, where I'd been on a waiting list for a long time, and they contacted me within a few hours, and now I have the hospital appointment next week. I feel like they saved my life, as I don't know how much longer I could of waited. The dentist did all this without me asking her to - which I thought was amazing. My favourite thing about this dental clinic is, they are very professional and very efficient, and although they work very quickly, they remain calm, polite and you know you're being cared for. Also, the assistants and the front desk are always kind and helpful. Thanks very much for all your help! I really appreciate it!

Nothing but positive things to say. All the staff without exception are brilliant. My dentist is compassionate and understanding. The dental nurse is brilliant and combined they all do a fantastic job Ty.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Rumworth Dentist! From booking the appointment to the actual treatment, everything was top-notch. The ladies who provided the hygienic treatment were incredibly professional, caring, and respectful. They explained every step, answered my questions, and made me feel at ease. After the treatment, they clearly explained how to care for my teeth in a simple and easy-to-understand way. A huge thank you to the team - I've never felt so well-looked-after at a dentist!
