Ravat & Ray Dental Care

This practice is undoubtedly the worst I've ever experienced. Not the dentists themselves but the receptionists. I have been ringing for 3 hours to reschedule an appointment with no joy,over 200 calls I've made 2 of which were answered to let me hear them talking about what they did at the weekend before cutting me off. 99% of the time the phone doesn't even ring it automatically hangs up. Absolutely shocking how is a practice run this way. Still haven't been able to get through from 9:15 am it's now 13:17

very very poor dentist should be completely closed and all staff sacked. considering i came year ago was left waiting in dentist room while the staff who was treating me disappeared and ever since ive been in constant pain

I shall not not be returning to this place. Very poor. Had nothing but trouble with my composite bondings. They were going to charge me £750.00 for bonding one tooth which they did wrong in the 1st place. Went to another dental practice and had it done for £450.00. And done properly this time.

I have been with this dentist for a long time and initially starred off really great,there was that care and customer service,don't know if they've changed partners or someone else has took over but it's ridiculous now just to get through! Numerous occasions i have tried calling soon as it opens to make an appt and the line just keeps cutting me off!ibeen trying since 8.45 thid morning and uts 2.24 now and still havn't managed to get through.the last thing u need when in pain esp. Feels like I don't even have an nhs dentist at times. The care just isn't there

Appalling. I was a patient of this dentist group at the Salford Clinic and the decision made to close the practice and strike EVERY one of the NHS patients off WITHOUT telling ANY of us. Now we have no dental care!... I only found out by physically going to the practice to find out why they wouldn't answer the phone or reply to my emails! Very very bad service from this group. I am extremely unhappy. Any decent practice would notify their clients in advance or try to arrange alternative care with another practice. Disgraceful!

Went for a simple filing at back of bottom front teeth. She put too much filler stuff in and had to spend 15 minutes getting rid of the excess. By the time she’d finished I was left with a new gap in my tooth. Emailed to complain, got response few weeks later saying to call to book an appointment. Also, got one of top front teeth replaced. It’s miles too small and gave me the excuse it needed to be smaller to fit in! Useless

Absolutely shocking dentist. Had Covid 19 twice, so by law I had to cancel my appointments as I didn’t want to spread an infection round the dentist. And the other time I was really ill and was struggling with my mental health ( which by law they can’t discriminate against) and they kicked me off.
